I kept passing by this Wendy's but never stoped.tp grab something fast to eat . I kept hearing from few people I know telling me... how great this Wendy's is . So I was passings by n it was around dinner time I really didn't eat much that day so I said why notI stoped . When I placed my order young lady was so nice asked can you hold o said sure when she asked what I would like I toldher . She repeat everything I order even though it was right on the screen . I got to the window there was young gentleman hewas so kind I handed him the money ECT he gave my drink . He kindly asked me to pull up n someone will bring me my order Ididn't mind at all . Ordered 2 Jr. bacon burgers. When I got on the highway there were 2 chicken sandwiches, completely cold with lettuce, tomato,... bacon and completely unmelted cheese. Read more
Be aware I ordered the Biggy 5$ special today and on the drive thru screen it said my total was 5.37 and when I drove up to pay... they told me it was 5.90 with no receipt . Fishy employees trying to take advantage so be aware. Read more
Afew things i would get from wendys that would be 4 to 5 stars are there frostys and nuggets. This wasnt the case. There Burgers... are starting to remind me of McDonald's which isnt a good thing. Read more
***CAUTION SCAMMERS UNAUTHORIZED DEBIT CARD PURCHASE**** I visited this location on august 11 2022 just before closing. Ordered... with drive thru didn?t receive my debit card, my fault for not paying attention. Either way why would you hand me my food andbeverages before my card. Anyway employee used my card for QVC unauthorized purchase $279.00. District manager acknowledged thetheft. Terminated employee and told me call police it?s out of their hands as they cut ties with terminated employee. Basicallydiscarded any liabilty of their company for employee doing this act on the clock. Reached out to corporate which is a joke initself been on wait hold 3 hours(still waiting as I write this). Also as I am waiting 7-10 business for a reverse to my accountI felt compelled to make everyone aware of the gross excuse of customer service. As you also may have been a victim to this kindof scam at this location. 1799 Meriden-Waterbury Turnpike Southington, CT 06489 new location in front of movies near TA Truckstop. The assistant manager was helpful in the event which was appreciated because the district manager was useless as was hisresponse from his supervisors. Read more
Customer service was ok. The only issue with that was the backround noise of workers loudly cackling making it difficult for the... person taking my order to hear me. The food was not up to par. Every food item I had ordered was cold. I have noticed thatduring the day the food is hot and fresh; at night the food is cold and old. Not sure if this is a management or counter helpissue but at night your better off either going to Wendy's on Wolcott St in Waterbury or to the BK right across the street fromthis Wendy's on Meriden-Waterbury Turnpike if you like your food hot. Absolutely terrible. My burger was dry and ice cold, the slice of processed cheese did not even melt, not one bit. All I can... wonder is how old was that burger? How long was it sitting there? Disgusting. After posting this review, I looked at the otherreviews here. This place should be embarrassed and ashamed. The reviews are horrible. Some needs to fix or close this place. Read more
