Food was good,employees were polite, and the building was clean. All you really need for a fast food restaurant.
The lobby was dirty and filthy, didn't have lids or straws in stocks. Floors was filthy and dirty.

Place my order, my order came out to $31.61. I gave the cashier $41.61. She asked if i wanted the $1 back. I said NO, i want the... $10 back. Had an attitude, rolled her eyes. Basic math, the conputer does it for you. Lobby is a mess. Soda machine very dirty,tables on the top and underneath dirty. It was slow enough for someone to come and clean. Sitting at one of the clean tableswaiting for our food. No call outs saying order is ready, just on counter. Looked over the food. Asked for 4pc and 6pc nugget,got 2 4pc nuggets. Once again got an attitude and rolling of the eyes. Also had to go up 2x to ask for extra napkins because thenapkin holders were empty. Not coming back. Very dirty store and not welcoming employees. Went through the drive through. The cashier spilt soda on my boyfriend because the lid wasn't even on. Then she dropped his... debit card because i guess she thought he grabbed it but he was cleaning his pants off, luckily the person behind us saw and gotout his car to get it for us. They also didn't give us our fry that came with our meal. On top of it all there was a hair in myfood after i had already started eating it and I know it didn't come from anyone in my home. The great Era of consuming natively unhealthy food peaked pre-pandemic and everything after that point has certainly turnt... downward for nothing just as the employees and wage-to-Cost of Living ratios, but, I like Wendy's, this one specifically becauseI grew up in Southington Manor across the street and busted Kickflips off those steps in 1997, but as Cultural erosion andgenerational gaps occur, I feel less and less comfortable eating at this Wendys because the employees don't have the bestpersonality anymore, like, an employees tone should not change when talking to employees of similarity and people different thanthem at the register and I know how the soda machine works and excusing accountability for poor ethics has become common placeamongst those whom share no ethics with the consumers & end-users of Capitlaist economic structure. Give me my drink cupwithout an attitude and connect the Rick & Morty syrup next time and I won't be a jerk reviewing. Read more
