I wish I’d have read the reviews before dropping $60. I had three people in my party. We order the classic burger, the crispy... chicken sandwich, the spicy crispy chicken sandwich and three waters. The best part of each entree was the water! Burger wasflavorless and both chicken sandwiches were nothing more than processed ground chicken. Let’s be honest, there’s really just one reason the family loves eating at BJs. No pazookie lasts very long at our table.

I have been in other locations and I won't go to this one again. We ordered Avocado Spring Roll for appetizer and they came out... burned. We asked to get a new fresh one but they said "it was out" so just cancelled the appetizer order. The service was slowbut the waiter was kind. It took around 1 hour to take the order. We asked for free dessert for all the drawbacks and we got it.Anyways, I'd say the service and quality of the food in other locations are better. About flavor, was good. Read more

I ordered my food at approximately 6:21pm. My food arrived at approximately 6:50. I ordered the fish and chips and a beer. Horrible experience. Very disgusting people who don’t event know how to treat customer. First they brought me wrong Pizookie... so I waiting another 30 minute to get another mess. Look at pic below and see type of pizookie this place serves. I would notrecommend anyone this place. Terrible place to eat!!!! Never again!!!! I have been to many different locations of BJ's. In NY, CA, and two different locations in TX. This location is very... disappointing. We ordered Avocado spring roll for appetizer and as you see on the picture they came out burned and the sauce wasmissing. We asked to get a new fresh one but the server brought out the same one with a sauce on the side and informed us thatit will be free although it's "improperly prepared" (that is what he said). We asked if they have someone to watch over the foodbefore serving it out and he said that they do have someone who checks but still they did not even bother to get us a fresh one.I will never come to this location again.
