Got the chicken parm with pasta and this place is by far one of the worst Italian food restaurants I’ve been to. For the first... time experience the chicken tasted like dirty dish water smells. The pasta sauce was straight from a gross possibly old can itwas sooooo sour. Definitely do not recommend going here you’ll get heart burn that isn’t worth it. Catered for easter lunch at my house. Everything I ordered was ready on time to pick up then warm and delicious when I got home... to serve. We got caesar salad, chicken parmigiana, fettuccine alfredo and cannoli's(so cute with easter colored m&m's) Orderingonline was super easy. I should've rated 4 stars for this but, the people who bagged and prepared our food did such an amazingjob that I can't ding them for other staff members just being not helpful. When I picked up food, I had 2 bags and 2 gallondrinks to retrieve. I went to pick up everything and the staff (about 3 maybe 4 employees) at host stand said careful they areheavy and watched me gather my items and leave. Didn't offer to help or hold the door for me. I loved this Restaurant for our Anniversary! Very friendly employees! The table was decorated and clean! We were able to taste... wine by the restaurant general manager who was friendly! I loved our server Joey, he was very attentive and helpful in ourchoosing of the wine! I loved how friendly he was to other employees in the kitchen! While eating we got to see other types ofnew pastas they make. Very fine culinary arts of performance we had seen there! After we had finished he then, led us to have afree chocolate cake bc we were in our 1 year Wedding Anniversary! The environment was very artistic too! I'd recommend it tomore people! Thank you Joey! We visited the Southlake location on a Friday night. We went ahead and made a reservation, happened to arrive early and we were... able to be sat immediately. We stated on the phone we would have 4 adults and need a high chair and was taken to the PERFECTtable for our party size. Too many restaurants try to seat 4 adults + a child at smaller tables and it makes it harder to haveroom to spread out. Our server was Devon and very attentive and made sure we knew portion sizes upon ordering. The new GM Adamis very personable and talked with us, which is nice. He also helped our server clear our table which you don’t always see outof managers. The food was SOO good. We got the Lasagna, Chicken Parmesan, and Spaghetti and all were very good. The Tiramisu isto DIE for and if I wanted to be rolled out probably would’ve ordered a second. We will definitely be coming back to Buca diBeppo and specifically the Southlake location very soon!!
