Three times now I have gotten almost no chicken in my chicken sandwich. This is the only location this has happened and I won?t... be returning. I left a message for management and never heard back. They cut corners and cheat people. My last sandwich had asmall triangular piece of chicken. I was biting into bread and lettuce and tomato, no chicken. It was lunch time and the Drive-Thru was extremely long but because they have young men and women, LOTS of them, at the... drive-thru taking orders I made it through the drive-thru and drove away with my food in 5 minutes or less! And even in the heatthese employees were smiling and friendly and helpful! Kudos to all you Chick-fil-A employees in Southlake behind the scenes andin the Drive-Thru! Read more
Is there a minus 5 stars? Even one is too many for my experience today. I kind of feel sick and want to throw up as my spicy... chicken sandwich was smelling bad / gone oil so badly and it was mushy and felt muddy in my mouth. Our large fries was not welldone and they were super salty and more than half of the pack was little broken pieces of fries, it wasn?t fresh either. Andwhen I complained about it , all they did was ? We will check it .? Check what? Is it how you compensate and what you say or do about a horrible experience? Their kids play ground is gross too! This is not what Southlake deserves! Read more

Family loves Chick-fil-a but this location seems to never get the order correct through the drive through. Ask for Poly sauce... to go with the nuggets and received none. Guess you should open bag when the give it to you to ensure everything is inside. They just want you out of there fast. Read more
I have had bad service here before but today was AWFUL. T.J St.Roman please speak to your staff. I pay more and come here for... good customer service. I sat waiting for 18 mins both of the workers skipped me( maybe because I wasn?t driving a Mercedes). Ipulled forward and still waited for another 5 mins. Went inside to ask for refund and the guy working the drive throughblatantly lied and said he didn?t skip me? BOTH OF THEM SKIPPED ME THE BLACK GUY AND THE WHITE GUY. Please do better guys.
