Being a secret shopper made me disappointed about how the 6:00 am crew was EXTREMELY rude. Asking them questions about the menu... and was given a response with attitude not effort to try to help whatsoever. I will advise to work on that. Read more

Best experience I?ve ever had at an Einstein Bros Bagel! The morning crew was amazing. They were happy and upbeat. When we... walked in they were dealing with a very hateful customer but this didn?t stop them from giving excellent customer service! Thecashier with beautiful colorful hair made my day so bright and beautiful. The food was absolutely to die for!!! I wish I tooka picture but it was so good I could stop!! Ordered online and it was done in a timely manner. Was already ready on the table by the time I arrived. However, all the bagels... didn't have very much cream cheese in my opinion. Looked like they just put a small glob in the middle and didn't spread it. Read more

I'VE BEEN WANTING TO GO HERE FOR FOREVER BECAUSE I ABSOLUTELY LOVE BAGELS!! I was incredibly nervous to try this restaurant just... because sometimes places do disappoint...but not this one! I was completely blown away by this place! Not only were the bagelsjust out of this world, but they had things I wouldn't have expected as well as having such a kind staff that was so kind and soinformative and helpful! Also. I don't know who came up with their to go bagel boxes, but someone needs to give them a medal.So. Incredibly. Clever. Not only do they hold the bagels inside, but the box itself has these little cubby shelves that hold 2cream cheese tubs on the sides! All with a nice safe handle! Please go and try this restaurant.
