First our order was done as a pick up and not dine in, we ordered at 6:05pm. Next thing we discovered was that most of the... drinks they had listed they did not carry including the fact they were out of bottled water. We were told several times our mealwould be right out. After waiting 25 minutes we asked for our money back because our meal still wasn't ready. In life you onlyget 1 chance to make a good impression and great customer service can fix many things but that was lacking big time. Orders the Combo fajita (Chicken, shrimp, steak). The meat is VERY flavorful and tender. I wish I had the recipe. Plenty of... food. And the quality of the vegetables, refried beans and rice are excellent. We had these delivered to work, was told theyonly do catering. Not true, you may do curbside or pick up. There is no eat in. I showed up when the store was opening and they were getting ready for a catering order. Not only did they take the time to... explain the menu since this was our first time, they also offered to bring it out to us while we waited. I don't know if theyalways do this but they treated us very nicely instead of rushing us off. The food was amazing and I would definitely recommendgoing there. They give you the fajitas with all the fixings nicely packed up to go home. I can say I was impressed with thequality of the food and most especially the service as most places would have rushed us off to finish the catering order. I willbe back and I will bring friends! We got it to go and there were no chips given alongside the Queso medium side we ordered. Also, the beef for the fajitas was one... of the worst we ever had. It's like they drenched it in lime and the texture was weird as well. Couldn't taste anything but limein the meat. Last of all the sides were not enough for even 3 people when we ordered fajitas for 6(4pack +2pack). Disappointing, we heard this was suppose this place served one of the best fajitas in DFW but even without thatexpectation it gave us a below subpar experience. Read more
