Would give zero stars if possible. The service was hideous. The way I was treated as a costumer was absolutely not right. I... and everyone I know WILL NEVER EAT AT KFC AGAIN. Terrible experience, OVER PRICED, and HIDEOUS SERVICE. If you read this- goeat anywhere else- this place is literally hell on earth. 8 freaking chicken pieces for the price of a full course meal intown, and for terrible food as well. I am sure this chicken was cooked over an hour before I got there . Remember when KFC was good? This is my last KFC. Ever.
I ordered a three piece meal which stated: two breast, one wing, two sides, and a drink. Ordered extra Krispy! Also, a supreme... crunch wrap. Supreme crunch wrap was not at all cooked and flimsy. The chicken was not crispy and looked like it was out of thesame tray from the original. The chicken breast were so small and I was giving a drumstick versus a wing. When picking up theorder at the window, the employee gave me a dark cola when I ordered a Seira Mist. I told him the drink was wrong and he made itcorrect. The employee turned away and I had to ask him about my crunch wrap supreme. He gave it to me and seemed anoyed. Avoidthis place for food size and no respect. Read more
Ordered on the app for quick pickup for lunch. No dedicated pickup spaces, didn?t pickup the phone and the lobby was closed. 20... cars in drive through lane. Had to call just to cancel the order. Appears to be under staffed so not the actual workers fault. Read more
It's a KFC and Taco Bell. You can't order extra crispy before 10:30 so be warned. Why was I buying a bucket of extra crispy... fried chicken at 10AM? Why do I do a lot of things- wjy don't you worry about your business and I'll worry about mine. Soundfair? Anyway, it's a pretty nice KFC. Read more
Ok, you see how I gave them a one star? Ignore it. Literally zero. The service was absolutely gross. I felt like I made a... mistake going in there. The food was way way more expansive than I thought. 8pc Chicken not even a combo meal cost an outrageousamount of $18.99. This is like buying a personal meal plus cake in Cheesecake Factory but the thing is, Cheesecake's food ismuch better too. I hated everything related to this restaurant. SMALL WATER cost $1.50 too. The worst place I've ever been tooin my entire life and I'm sure I won't be eating there ever again. Read more
