Drive through teller hardly spoke English very hard to understand and ordered 2 meals got one drink and was charged again for... another drink. poor customer service and mediocre food. do not recommend this location ever! Read more

Wrong food didn't have time to stick around and argue as my wife needed to get to work and this was her breakfast. Parking lot... was cramped and it was difficult to get here without crossing double solid lines so the least y'all could do is get the orderright. She can't have onions and doesn't like pickles so this was really not such a good win already after you jacked up theprices on your items. Read more

0 stars if I could. Absolutely WORST customer service experience EVER! I had two small children in my arms waiting over 15 mins... to order, as employees passed by me, not busy at all. I finally spoke up and said ? I need to order, please? the manager waslike yeah I?ll be with you. He was obviously more concerned about getting his son or family members food than helping actualcustomers. Really disappointed and will not be returning to this McDonald?s. It?s such a shame what the fast food world hasturned into. I?m disgusted. Read more

I can't give a zero star or negative star, but that's what I would do. Person taking order couldn't speak clearly. Had to ask to... repeat ola few times. He had to repeat himself when I was paying. The guy handing the food had no customer service. Never said aword. and very unfriendly attitude These people have zero and they have actually negative customer service and negative vibe. Read more

I understand this is McDonald?s. However, it should still be cleaned after people leave. The place was so gross. Placing an... order was not fun either. No one at the registers. Had to use the kiosk. Which was not user friendly at all. You input anumber for your order and they call it once your order is ready. NOT! They left it at the front counter. We just happened tolook up and saw the order there. As I am take our order the manager lays another order down. Did not call the number. Iasked her if my order was ready. She looked at me and said, Is this one your order? My reply was I don?t know did you callnumber #. She just stood there staring at me. Wow! What has happened to our customer service in America. Good place for some breakfast. They usually get things right. Be mindful and patient with the staff they are under pressure by... their management and I believe some have quit because of it. Corporate may want to investigate how they treat their employees atthis location. Read more

This McDonald's is a bad representation of what I have experienced at other locations. For starters, their drive thru customer... service is absolutely rude to the core. They belittled me twice this time. Plus, what I ordered in the app did not reflect whatI received. Also, their machine that makes fancy coffee drinks is usually not working. Read more

I did a mobile order. I hit reorder because my order is the same every time. I get to the second window and the girl is super... rude, hands me my food and is handing me my drink sideways where it?s about to spill. I asked for sweet n sour and she rolledher eyes like it was an inconvenience. Get out of the parking lot and bite into my food and it?s all wrong. So I go back throughand explain. The lady at the 1st window is super sweet and tells me to pull to the 2nd window to get my food. I get up there andshe tells me they don?t have my order. So I explain everything again and she just has this horrible attitude about it all. Thenshe asks for my bag of food back, which idc take the wrong food back but it had everything I ordered in it. So I?m sitting andwaiting to hopefully get my food right and my other food back. Read more
