As we got seated me and my family were greeted with great service. The restaurant had an interesting layout to which i enjoyed,... especially with 2 floors of seating i thought it was nice overall. Some meals were better than others but overall i reccomendthe beef fajitas. Some things were over seasoned while others were not seasoned enough. We enjoyed but for the price compared toportion we will see about coming again. Read more
Food was great. However, our waiter never made us aware of being short staffed. We had to wait while seated outside in the... patio, over 40 minutes for our food. After a while, there wasn?t that many people there & we had to try and catch him to getrefills, and check. By that point, we didn?t even want to order dessert. We only knew about being short staffed because he washaving a conversation with the party behind us. A little notification goes a long way. Read more
The food was great! Very good and kind service. Nice place with calm colors. Music was just loud enough but not too loud.... Temperature was really nice and I didn't need a long sweater at all. The place was clean and quite. Very pleasant experience.Difinately one of the best mexican food restaurants out there. Very reccomend. Read more
Honestly would have given it a 2.5 cause it was wasn't bad, but less than ok. The place is very nice, but the food was just not... so good for me. Also sitting at their couch for 30 minutes made my back feel terrible. I didn't like the way my plate looked butother plates looked fine so overall this place is OK, but not more than that. I had the Gina?s platter which is basically 3 tortillas with a little cheese, guacamole , and salad on them. Not really worth... the $ but tasted good. The Mambo #5 margarita packs a punch. Good experience overall. Read more

HOLY GUACAMOLE: We loved our drinks and dinner at Mi Cocina. Each thing we ordered was a culinary delight. Juan took care of... our group of 8 in the bar area and he was on top of things. Nothing is too spicy like some Tex Mex spots that hide theirinability to create good food by making everything so spicy that one isn?t sure if it?s good or not. We didn?t mention it toJuan if service got slow at points but he would make up for it by bringing free drinks and being so fun to be around. Theyaren?t losing a star on service because Juan made up for it without mention and it was so very obvious that any delay is theresult of the labor shortage and not ability. I wish we were local! The food was absolutely delicious. Chicken enchiladas with poblano crème was amazing. And the breakfast... brisket quesadilla was the best! So much flavor and everything was fresh and hot. John L. was and outstanding server andcatered our every need, including my particular allergies. Great place and we will be back!! Read more
