This was from Memorial Day weekend. Ordered in advance and pre-paid. This is the line INSIDE the shop, it went all the way... down the front of the building down the side of it too. Wait was over two hours and an ambulance was called for a person whogot heat stroke waiting outside. Meanwhile two high school aged kids did their best to fill orders inside. No manager to help,no extra help. Shame on NBC management for providing terrible customer service. Read more

I guess I wonder what the purpose of google review is - also what is the purpose of ordering ahead ? Clearly the same issues... keep being brought up over and over and over again - this establishment doesn't respect anyone's time as all complaints thatare well articulated are asked to go to another site and report it again. The same way the store could not care less if youorder ahead or not- you will still wait in line. This is a joke and a warning that this kind of customer service is losing youbusiness hand over fist. Good service. They were out of my favorite white chocolate raspberry bundtlet but the strawberries and creme bundtlet was tasty.

Love their cakes, but their customer service just isn?t great unfortunately. Maybe they just don?t need the business?? They do... not allow any samples in order to choose what flavor you want. And you cannot buy a bundtini to taste. They are only sold by thedozen. No other options were offered. Two ladies just leaned back on the counter and said they don?t offer samples anymore..they were just so uninterested in my purchase. I was buying a large cake and adding decoration to it. But I guess that?s notworth their time. Oh well. I went to Central Market and bought an Italian Cream Cake. Read more

I like big Bundts and I cannot lie. I will preface by saying that I am not even a big cake person. However, their cakes are... incredibly moist and their selective range of flavor profiles is incredible. Don't even get me started on the icing! I need alarge vat of this stuff,! ???? Read more

I walked up at 8:59 and the two ladies behind the desk started yelling when I opened the door. Shouting they are not yet opened.... Mind you they opened at 9am. I apologized however and stood outside. While outside all of one minute, a nother worker came andlocked the door for one minute, which seemed really silly. At 9am she unlocked the door again and gave a artifical "goodmorning". Things went down hill further. I will not be going here again. They have lost a customer. Read more

Thank you so much for a delicious red velvet cake and bundtinies. The customer service is beyond expectations. I totally forgot... to pick up my order and after they closed the store, they were very kind to open the door and give me the order a few minuteslate. Thank you so much!!!!! Read more

Today, I am truly disappointed in this place. Regardless of it being Valentine's Day, if I'm paying $20 per dozen for TWO... dozen assorted buntini's, I expect it to be assorted and NOT three of three flavors!
