Having tried so many ramen places since having friends and family in the businesses I will have to admit this place is pretty... good. The flavor is there and the ingredient is fresh without being too much that it takes away from the taste . The sushi wasalso amazing and the flavor is all there. Honestly from other reviews I had high hopes. We happened to be in this area of Texas and instead of going 40 minutes to our... normal spot decided to try out this one. The restaurant smells like its waste traps are full and you're hit with the smell assoon as you enter. That should have been our clue to leave but we didn't take it. The menu is huge and everything is very overpriced compared to other ramen places. Our sushi came out and was huge, was not eatable in less than 2/3 bites which is notnormal and very disappointing. The ramen came out in a beautiful presentation but the noodles inside all stuck together and wereon the crunchy side which I've never actually ran into in a ramen restaurant. The plus sides would be the food came out hot. Theservers were nice, the bathrooms had no changing tables which seems silly considering you supply highchairs and kids chop sticksbut can't have a simple changing spot for babies/toddlers. I would not recommend this place and will not be returning (not thatmost businesses care anymore). Just looking around it seems like it needs a total overhaul and some love put it. Read more

I ordered the Garlic-based ramen, and it was delicious! The broth was so flavorful, and the toppings were arranged beautifully.... The other meals looked delicious as well. Mayson refused to bring hot water, pretending the restaurant did not have any. Samantha brought me hot water and was a good... server. There was one misunderstanding, and she thought I didn't want to order sushi when I said I did, but she brought itquickly after being reminded. The Kuro Ramen was way too salty. The onion in the tempura apartizer still had the skin, which isnot even edible! The seafood Ramen was delicious. The apple roll is not that good, very light and is overpriced. 4.4 stars. The appetizer was good but deserved less sauce as this affected flavor balance. Some good Saki choices available. The... Ramen broth was delicious, sprouts and seaweed were fresh. The egg was almost perfect but slightly overcooked. I'm not a hugefan of corn and the pork belly wasn't the best I've had but it was manageable. The staff were friendly, so that was nice. Read more
