NO A/C!?!? I?ve always considered Potbelly?s a great place for a quick lunch but air conditioning in Texas in August is a must.... The portable unit was inoperative also. I was comfortable enough ordering and even eating in the restaurant but I?m disappointedPotbelly?s would subject their employees to work in such an environment. This review does not reflect my experience with thefood or the customer service. It is directed at management/corporate office. Please get it together. I accidentally ordered from PotBelly(thought I was calling a pizza chain) and was surprised I got sandwiches, lol. Because I love Potbelly, I kept returning to this location only to keep having issues every single time with my order. The... customer service is lacking, and there seems to be no order or organization behind the counter; it?s always chaotic. I gave thislocation one more shot today, but it?s the last time I?ll visit this one. Over 20 minutes for two salads (which were wrong notonce, but twice) was just silly. Read more
I visited this store during early lunch time on a Saturday. When I arrived, there were only 2 other customers in the storm. I... had to repeat my order to three different people. When checking out, I wasn't asked if I wanted a drink or chips. I was justtold the total, then asked if I wanted a receipt. After I said no to the receipt, not another word was muttered from theemployee. I reached around for a cup for water, as that is all I wanted to drink. The person who cashed me out, took my cash,then went back to preparing food wearing the same gloves. After this, I saw at least 30 people come and go. It took so long toget my food, which was a salad. I won't visit this location again. Now, the newest menu. Potbelly rebranded the Uptown Salad tothe Apple Walnut Salad. No more onions or Potbelly vinaigrette, replaced by a balsamic vinaigrette. I am still disappointed bythis change, as the Uptown was one of my favorite foods prior. Read more
I can?t be the vegetarian I know I can be due to the Steakhouse Beef sandwich. This by far is the best sandwich on the menu.... I?ve dined in before but I typically order via the app, more on that in a moment. Their sandwiches are hot and hearty. You candress it as you like and you?ll never be disappointed in its flavor. I typically load my sandwiches with everything?I do meaneverything. One of the best benefits to this place is their mobile app. You earn points for each purchase. Certain days allowdouble and triple points with purchase. Those points allow you to redeem free entrees, free cookies, you name it!!
