The service was terrible tonight!! ! The cook forgot our shrimp while others at the table had about 10 shrimp a piece, plus the... one order that he asked her to count how many she had and she stated she had to about 10, so he gave her 10 more… When hegot to our end of the table, he stated that he will need to cook some more since he forgot we had shrimp…????When he broughtthe shrimp out he counted 7 shrimp a piece out and said that’s the normal serving .I immediately looked up at the other guestsat the other end of the at table..The same was done with the fried rice , in which we also paid for extra rice and vegetables.Although we asked for the vegetables to be cooked well done, they were very mushy… He asked the other guest if their veggieswere cooked to their liking, but somehow we weren’t asked anything… The best thing about this place tonight was the verynice guy who seated us! We come here often but won’t be coming back as we’ve experienced this same issue with the same cookeach time. The service was horrible tonight. I should have called a manager to the table but I didn’t. There’s plenty ofother hibachi places that we can go to, plus get treated somewhat decently. Read more

Food was good and tasty and was served freshly hot. Food order was quick and the crews are very polite and professional.

We came on a Saturday afternoon and ate Hibachi (chicken and steak). We shared two meals for a family of five (our kids are... little), and it was plenty food for us and really good! We didn’t make a reservation, and we walked in during a very busy time. They were still incredibly nice and seated us within... 10 minutes, and the chef Kevin was cooking for us less than 10 minutes later. Spectacular service and the food was cookedabsolutely perfectly for everyone. Kevin was so amazing we plan on specifically requesting him next time. Highly recommendcoming here for hibachi. Always good atmosphere and service at Shogun. If you're new to hibachi style restaurants or a typical fan it's a great spot to... enjoy a meal along with skilled performance cooking.
