If i could give this place more than 5 stars, I really would. I was looking for a place to grab breakfast for my office and... decided on this establishment. OMG what a BEAUTY.. I'm not sure where to start to be honest. RO - was AMAZING, PLEASANT,COURTEOUS AND EXTREMLY KIND. I had a small catering order for my group and you would have thought i spent $1000's with the levelof service I received. I haven't seen customer service like this in a long time. This establishment was so clean you could eatoff the floor. That was a huge plus with me (im ocd). The staff were a breath of fresh air with warm smiles and greetings. Iactually ordered the wrong thing and RO called me to point it out and correct it. Breakfast was a HIT with my crew and willbecome our go to for our office. Our breakfast was piping hot and packaged extremely well. You definitely get what you pay forportion wise. With catering you can order individually wrapped or they'll put it in pans (family style) just ask. Toasted Yolkknocked it out of the Park with us. Don't walk there but run there. Another version of the Broken Egg cafe or any other American Breakfast place. They do serve alcohol so its a plus. The food is... okay and nothing exceptional. The crispy chicken sandwhich was good and so was the sauce inside but some may prefer chick-fill-Ato this. The rye bread sandwhich was okay and meat was a bit overcooked. Its another chain restaurant but with a somewhatdifferent vibe. Staff at the southlake location is good and friendly. Menu has more options tgan the normal breakfast places. Read more
Upside: my server Tim was on top of things which is critical at breakfast, strong coffee, WiFi if you need a remote place to... work over bfast, nice building with lots of seating and a covered outdoor patio. Downside: the acoustics aren?t great so it wasloud, food was decent but nothing remarkable (though the table next to me had a huge portion of chicken fried something), thesun glares in so people on that side we?re wearing sunglasses inside, and fix the dang Fri t door so it doesn?t rattle for 10seconds every time it opens. We are always on the lookout for a good brunch place. I?m looking forward to bringing friends here. This is a good place with... a cool vibe. Mimosas are 1/2 off on Fridays and my wife appreciated that. They will have a band on the patio soon. I liketheir diner bar. It?s great when breakfast restaurants have them. Excellent, kind, hospitable, and attentive service with an atmosphere & menu that Southlake has been desiring for quite some... time. Their self titled ?Toasted Yolk? dish exceeds expectations while bringing something new to the table (pun intended). Superyummy, perfect date/brunch/lunch/meeting spot. Read more
