Went to the drive through for breakfast, ordered my meal. Line was actually moving quickly, the one time I don?t ck my order and... guess what. Not a huge deal but typical, the part that angers me I tried to call and tell someone (that probably does care) butwhen I dailed the number it?s a fax machine. Yea tried 5x same thing each time. We went today to grab some breakfast. Unfortunately I saw the 85% sanitation rating (which is impressive in that it's the lowest... I've ever seen in a restaurant that's still open) after I got my food, but before I ate it. After reading the inspection reportonline, I decided it was best to toss my food out instead of eating it. How is it possible that the person in charge doesn'tknow that a vomit/diarrheal cleanup policy needs to be in place? You all should find the inspection report online. It's a funread. They were also out of sweet tea, which is a minor thing, but should be impossible here in the south. Read more
?We ain?t got not sweet tea? -- Took about 20 minutes after ordering in the drive-thru to get our food, and we saw that the... sanitation score is now an 85. It's a two instead of one because the biscuit this morning was actually well made, but the otherthings in our order (e.g. fries, hashbrowns) were under-seasoned (no seasoning?). Hope they can turn it all around. I've beenhere many times in the past, and it's been excellent. Just not today or anytime lately. Read more
Wow, Bojangles. You?ve managed to change from a quick serve restaurant to a slow serve restaurant. Last visit, we waited in the... drive through line for over 30 minutes to get our food. No apologies. No thank you. No nothing. The staff were all in the backsomewhere having a good time doing something, but not serving food. Used to be a weekly stop for us. The service was below average but all 4 of our chicken orders were extremely dry and the fries were very over seasoned. Also,... our drink order was wrong. They have a 88.5 (B) sanitation grade. Feel like Wendy's, across the parking lot, would have beenbetter. Lesson learned. Read more
Horrible horrible service. One lady taking orders and bagging orders. Stood in line for 30 minutes then waited another 30 for... food. Then food was wrong. Their excuse was ?it?s Saturday and that?s when everyone checks out?. Well if you know that everySaturday is gonna be a rush then prepare for it. Should be all hands on deck to get customers in and out. All I ask is do yourjob correctly. Didn?t get all the fries and the sizes were wrong. Then asked for no cheese on bacon egg biscuit and what do youknow. I got cheese. This location needs to get their stuff together seriously. Read more
Amazing fried chicken! The heat they add to the chicken is just right. The biscuits is also really good. We ordered two family... meals (20 pc. Chicken) and didn?t wait long even with a line going through the drive-thru. An amazing first time experiencevisiting the coast. Read more
No smile or "welcome to Bojangles" , ordered a regular chicken sandwich and got a spicy chicken sandwich, which was room... temperature as were the fries. This used to be one of the best in town, but it has really gone downhill. **********UPDATE10-27-22*********** Thought I would give them another chance. No improvement. Fries warm and crunchy. I was told it would beabout 10 minutes for the chicken sandwich, I assumed to finish cooking, sandwich was barely warm. Doubtful that I will go back. Read more
