Jersey Mike's... You were once great, and consistent, and decently priced. More often than not tho, your food and service are... disappointing, especially from this location. From stale hard bread, to skimpy little portions, to forgotten items and incorrectorders, and for way to much money. You couldn't even follow through with a return call from your manager, like someone told meover the phone, when I called about your mess ups on my $11 Sub in a tub. Ridiculous. Publix from now on. If I could give -0 I would. Pathetic. No meat on sandwich. Very little cheese when ording extra cheese. When calling to resolve... problem both Bethany and Elise (names they gave) were very rude and unhelpful. Would not give phone number to Corperate. Andalso even their reviews for working there state how rude the management team is for those who try to work there belowthem. Someone should be monitoring this shop as obviously there are a lot of bad things going on. It seems to be all about powermanipulation rather than team work to provide good service and food. Went by here today to pick up an online order. I get to work and it's not my order. It's also not anything that I'll eat and I... don't have the option to just go out and get something else. This is the second time in a row I've had a problem with the store.2 weeks ago I placed an order got there at the pickup time and still waited 20 minutes for them to even start on my order. Most of the people that come into this restaurant come because they can't get any good food or they don't want to wait an hour... in a Drive-Thru at Wendy's. I've seen people get out of the car at the drive-thru at Wendy's and go get food at Jersey Mike'sSubs get back in the car. Hysterical. Nonetheless this is a good restaurant and the proceeds go to good things instead ofproceeds going to idiots like Wendy's does. Plus they have friendly employees. Read more
It is what it is. They make great sandwiches. During covid times, none of their staff seemed to even realize it was going on (no... masks, no distancing within the store/staff). I realize times were hard, but unfortunately, it truly felt like a hotspot.Haven?t been back for a while, but the sandwiches really are delicious (I get the Italian, Mike?s way). Read more

I love Jersey Mike's. The evening staff in Southport is great. They are all young people. They are quick and efficient. Every... one of them is so friendly and polite. I have not found the same in the early lunch shift. Read more
