We have been going to the KFC in Southport for years. Always had a great experience, until today. When we placed our order... today, the cashier taking the order had a coughing event and had to step away. Well, when the order came out it was wrong. Itook it back, thinking when the cashier took the order during the coughing attack, it was simply entered wrong. Long storyshort, got my food back and it was wrong again. That said, I could certainly look past it, as I have worked in the restaurantbusiness and stuff happens. However, when the food was returned for the second time, a employee ran their mouth and said somehorrible things for the entire restaurant guest could hear. Simply unacceptable! Read more
Tried to go in to order carry out. Was never waited on. 4 people ahead of me walked out too. I finally left after waiting 20... minutes without even being acknowledged. After making eye contact with multiple staff without being acknowledged I left too.Will not return Read more
This place is completely sad. None of the employees know how to do anything. Four employees and nobody could ring up my order.... Gross food all over the floor in the kitchen and nobody cleaning it up. Health department needs to be called for sure. Read more
Worst experience ever! Waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes and moved maybe 2 cars. I parked and went in, big mistake should... have went somewhere else. We waited to give our order for 15 more minutes. Then we waited 46 more minutes to get our food, andit was completely wrong. I will never go back, that was completely ridiculous! Read more
I'm currently sitting at the restaurant waiting for my order. I have already been here 15 minutes and still have several people... ahead of me also waiting. There's is also a long line of people for the drive thru. The staff here is very reluctant to actuallyMOVE their bodies. Only one person is making the orders (very slowly) while 2or3 employees are standing there doing nothing butwaiting. They do not get back there and help (even the manger isn't helping!). Extremely slow. Been in drive thru 20 minutes.4 cars in front of me. 3 have pulled off and left.still Not moving at all. Home... office needs to know this.wont be back.whenyou get to window your ignored with several people just standing around. Read more
We had a long wait in the drive-thru due to the lobby being closed because of staffing issues but the lady working the window... was super nice and the food was delicious. Read more
It takes 45 mins to get your order and after you eat it in 10 Mins sick in the bathroom this place is sicking
