Was told at the drive thru they had the orange Halloween buckets for the Happy Meals and were given regular old plain box.... Uninformed employees or being misled was unacceptable. Also given old toys with no option. And most importantly the drinks. Thecup was only 2/3 filled. These are filled by an electronic seeing. The nickel and diming was clear and very unacceptable. Our first visit to this location we dined inside. The manager and staff were cursing despite children being in the lobby. A... customer at the counter was waiting so long he decided to go back in the kitchen to tell the employees to get off their phonesand get him his food. An employee slipped on a wet floor by the beverage station. It was not a good experience at all. We triedthe drive through this week and ordered four chocolate shakes. When they were in the window in a drink carrier, they lookedwhiter than the paper our receipt was printed on so asked if they were chocolate. The employee looked down at them and said yes.Upon tasting them they were indeed VANILLA. Though everyone deserves a wage they can actually live on, this location is one ofthose places that people point to when they say "No they don't," "they can't get off their phones," "they can't get an orderright," they're unprofessional." It was late so the drive thru line was long, but it moved very quickly. We saw they had buy one get the next for one dollar and... tried that option. We ordered the McDouble, McChicken and fries. The McChicken was freshly cooked, however the flavor wasabsent. The McDouble was tasty and the fries were nice and hot. Curbside pickup is available, plenty of parking spaces areavailable, however I?m not sure if the dining room is open for customers. Also the lady at the speaker was friendly and patientwith us as we figured out our order and the man at the window was friendly as well and told us to have a good night. Which isalways a plus. I would highly suggest to employees when a customer says ?thank you? that you respond with ?you?re welcome? Read more
Tonight My 6-year-old daughter and I had a very bad experience at this location. The cashier Tracy was so very rude. She was... obviously having a bad night but it is absolutely unexcusable to take your bad night out on your patrons who just walked in toorder a Happy meal. Other patrons waiting for their food came up to me after the encounter to let me know that I was not thefirst. Definitely recommend a job other than customer service to Tracy. I'm a local and my family will not visit this locationagain for quite some time. Read more
I don?t normally leave chain fast food restaurants a review but this location far surpassed my expectations. Cleanest and most... organized location I?ve ever been too. Staff was a well oiled machine during the post Fourth of July festivities and an employeenamed Karen was running back and forth kicking a$$ and taking names. There was some sort of a leak or water issue by the drinkmachine that could cause an accident but other than that would visit again. Read more
I?ve been to some fantastic McDonald?s in the past. This is not one of them. I thought I?d get some quick nuggies and a shake... before the long drive back. Little did I know that it would be a 30 minute adventure and the drive through attendant would yellat me and not even look at me when I came to the window after trying to be nice to her seeing as they were stressed from therush. Just rude, slow, incompetent service. I?m sure it would be fine on some off time but I?d still avoid this like the plague.I?d even risk food poisoning and go across the street to Taco Bell next time. When visiting this out of town location we decided to go through the drive thru as it appeared the dining room was closed.... Curious why the dining room was closed early we soon enough got our answer as the manager came to the door unlocked it walkedout into the line of vehicles waiting on the drive thru , as she passed we asked why and she replied with I am the only one hereto work. I have to say we were definitely feeling bad for her but I personally would have contacted the corporate management andtold them I was having to close that location until the following day and hopefully tomorrow would be a better day. It's sadhow bad people are needed yet either they don't want to work or have a sense of entitlement they demand these pay rates thatare ridiculous for the position of employment. Read more
