Be WARNED THEY USE DOOR DASH NOW! Door dash is terrible, what happened to good delivery drivers? Never again. Last order from... Papa John's. Had I known door dash was involved before the text, I would have ordered from someone else. Full disclosure, ourdelivery driver was friendly and only needed guidance to find our house. This place really needs to hire delivery drivers. Papa Johns needs to pay them more or something. Out of the past 5 orders with... Papa Johns I have only received the correct order once. They have door dash drivers pick them up and they ALWAYS deliver thewrong order. One time I instructed the person where I lived, I had COVID at the time and couldn't answer the door. I told himwhat I had and kept repeating he had 2 orders. He gave me the wrong one even though I told him "no that is the other order". Heleft that one at my door anyways. I am becoming frustrated with them not sending their own drivers out here and getting mycorrect order. Papa John's DO BETTER and pay your drivers more. Oh and not to mention they cut off their online delivery orderson their website during busy times like Memorial Day weekend and the 4th of July. They went to "take out only". The person we spoke to on the phone couldn't hear or understand menu items (read from the menu). English is not her first... language. She was very nice but wound up ordering just regular stuffed crust cheese pie. The kids loved it. Adults not so much Read more

2 stars only for the fact that the restaurant tried to make it fair with a free order. However the initial experience was a... catastrophic failure. The restaurant did re make the order and didn?t charge us so thank you to Zoe. She was friendly andsupportive. We order over 100 dollars in food on the papa John?s app. They hire a door dash person to deliver. The guy goes tothe wrong address (we confirmed with the boxes he returned) and then called us. We told him he was at the wrong address. Hereplies with ?gas prices are too high I?m not coming to you? then cancels the order. Who does this. We waited over 2 hours andfor what nothing. This has nothing to do with papa John?s but the people they hire for delivery are representing the restaurant.I didn?t ask for a door dash and I can?t help he went to wrong address. This place has gone down hill recently. I just had an order cancelled for no reason. Pizza has been delivered to the wrong house... multiple times and once to a restaurant. Items have been forgotten. My money was just taken from my bank account and then theycancelled my order for no reason at all. Needs new everything. Read more

At one point we had written this Papa Johns location off because the service/delivery/food was so sub-par. However, something... has changed and for the better. The past several delivery orders have been exceptionally fast, the food very hot and deliciousand the delivery drivers are always friendly and courteous. In fact on a recent order, I was working in the backyard with acontractor and somehow the driver knew to bring the pizza to us in the back! That?s great above/beyond service! Well first of all does this looks like a 2 topping pizza there's toppings on 2 slices what about the rest. second I ordered 2... pizzas and both were undercooked the look like a cheesecake instead of a pizza and on top there where cold both 2 pizzas and thechicken bites men I don't care if it takes an hour for you to deliver them but if the food is that bad then there's an issuewith your employees late service undercooked food on top I tip your guy with 10 bucks ??????? men I'm doing domino's or littleCesar's from now on.
