Outstanding service, selection, prices and space!
Variety of beers on Draft as well as cider and champagne choices. So glad they had Lobster Roll Truck which was amazing.... Limited seating indoors but outdoor seats and some cigars available for outside. Read more
AMAZING tap AND bottle/can selection!!! Plus all the fun extras they have regularly- trivia, bingo, food carts, live music,... games... This is THE place to get all your local digs. Anything from IPA?s to sours to frozen drinks or seltzers. Shout out toJoe, who always know the best recommendation for your tastes, and to Dwayne and Britney for being the proprietors of such anawesome establishment! Stopped here to kill some time before dinner but ended up staying and eating from the food truck that came at 5pm. Selection of... beer and wine was impressive! We tried so many! My favorite was the peach beer mimosa! Nice setup. Conducive to spendingtime talking with friends and family. The prices were not bad and the folks were very friendly and accommodating! It was veryclean and there was ample supplies of handgel. Seating was grouped for social distancing. All in all a great place! Read more
Took a Sunday drive with the family and decided to try this place out. Huge Beer and Cider selection. Great spacing between... outside tables, sanitizer stations. *They do enforce no mask no beer. Which I think is fabulous ????* Super clean, fabulouslyfriendly. Best of all I can take my pup Nikolai! They also, have various food trucks popping in and out. Great location, no question and something like this is so needed for Southport. No food, only liquid like most tap houses and... breweries. Awesome selection of beers on tap! Be prepared as everything is served in plastic cups including wine?. was abummer for those of us who visited SPT Tap & Cellar. ?Cellar? is misleading as they only have one vintner they offer and it?snot impressive. Cellar suggests they have many wines to select from. As for the beer - amazing selection, all local NCbreweries but again, drinking out of a plastic cup totally cheapens the experience. You can certainly purchase a SPT ?glass?to drink your liquid.. And btw, they don?t advertise it we just found out through others. As for the decor - it has so muchpotential. Be prepared for some green in your face and seating is very, very limited. There is a pungent smell of tires/oil/gasas it used to be a gas station. Layout is interesting?. bi-level so be careful if you don?t walk on the ramp. We witnessed acouple of folks stumble. Put the ?step down? posting where it's visible vs. taping it to the bar.
