Upon arriving over 30mins prior to closing, the door is locked and I'm told "my manager said to close early." I've eaten here... before and it's been fine, not amazing nor terrible - exactly what you expect and want when you go to subway. I'm confused as towhy a business would false advertise and turn away business. Disappointed is all, and it's inconsistency means it won't be myfirst or second thought ever again. Read more

I have been in town for work and have ordered take-out here several times. Each time my food has been ready when promised and... made they way I requested. It's easy to walk in and get my bag and go. Thanks! Read more

Went in to order and all of the employees were sitting at the table talking. I stood in line (literally the only one in the... store) and they still kept talking. One employees finally made her way over. She was wearing pajama pants, no hat and a bunch offace piercings. When she did come over she did not wash her hands, put on gloves and proceeded to make the food. Veggies werenot stocked and trash was all in the floor behind the counter all the while they were all sitting on their tail. All of theemployees looked sloppy hot mess and act like you inconvenienced them for coming in to eat.. Let's just say I will not be goingback in there unless they clean house....SMH Read more

The two sloppy employees were touching EVERYTHING with their gloves and didn't change them between making food and disappearing... into the back room. My daughter tried to tell her how she wanted her sub and she acted like it was a problem. We are SUPPOSEto tell them how she wanted her sandwich. Very gross employees and don't want them touching anything I eat. Read more

Don't go there. They never have food in stock. Always out of meatballs, tuna, or whatever your ordering. Order online. Go pickup... and find out they can't make your order. Also can't refund you. Has to be done on the app somehow. But they can't tell you howafter asking for help. I'LL NEVER GO TO THIS SUBWAY AGAIN. AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DON'T GO THERE EITHER. This store seems to be inconsistent every time I come here. Ordered two subs online and when I went to go pick it up the store... was closed with nobody inside. Couldn?t get into contact with them as there was nobody there and the phone was no longer inservice. Said they were open at 8 but obviously was incorrect. This store needs better management. Completely ridiculous to becharged for subs I never got. I can?t even get a refund without someone being there to do so. Will never be back. Read more

They sent used gloves closed up in the bag with our food. Not to mention the order wasn?t entirely correct - wrong bread, wrong... cookies, and they forgot our drinks. Terrible, disappointing experience along with unfocused employees. Read more
