Terrible service. I notice the person making beverages tends to grab the inside of the cup with their figures after touching... money and other things. Definitely recommend going to a different location. After waiting 15 minutes for an over the app order Iget yelled at by a staff member (who was on her phone the whole time while making food) for asking if my order was ready. Meantime it was sitting in the pickup area with no order number on it. Worst service ever. Read more

I?ve been visiting this location for about 5 years now and every day is a great experience however today in particular was even... greater. I bought some coffee this morning before a branch meeting at work however on my drive I realized the coffee was a bitbitter so I stopped drinking it. I couldn?t turn around so after the meeting I drove back and was greeted by T and Ebony. T wastraining and Ebony with her great leadership skills came in with a smile, took the bitter coffee, said ?don?t worry about itwe?ll take care of you? and exchanged it with a fresh one. The taste was night and day. Ebony was so delightful and reallybrought a smile to my face. I can tell she?s going to go far with the company. Every time I see her she?s always smiling andhappy! This review is over a dozen visits too late. This dunkin has consistently had amazing service. The employees are always... professional and efficient. I even had a cook ask me what I was going to order so that he can start the order while I next inline and hadn?t even ordered yet with the cashier! I have seen a few new faces since I started coming here and even so, it hasnever disappointed me. Props to management. Food is always nice and hot too. Read more

Again, tried to patronize DD location??but again, employees cursing and talking amongst each other, a half eaten meatball sub on... the counter, and yelling 3 times to get someone attention and nothing. Whoever owns this DD must not train their employeescorrectly. Avoid this place if you want friendly service. Read more
