We ordered the fanceroni pepperoni pizza described as "A large Pepperoni pizza topped with over 100 crispy old world Pepperonis... all the way to the edge and a crispy, caramelized crust." Never again, pizza was brought out almost 30 minutes late, ahead of people that were waiting for more than an hour. I saw this... at the location and realized I was also a pizza short and thought about saying something, but realized the three guys in theback had their hands full with other angry customers. Ordered online and PAID got to the store and the door was locked multiple people outside knocking and there is not 1 employee... in sight! Couldn?t even call to request a refund because nobody was answering the phone. I understand emergencies can happenbut at least put a sign in the door if that is the case. Read more
Order for take out at 9:16, store closed at 10. Came to the store at 9:45 because the tracker never got past ?prepping? the... order. Employee ran to the back as soon as we parked. Had to wait several minutes and knock for a while until they finally cameout to tell me that they ?ran out of dough? supposedly at 9:16. No one called me, no one actually notified me in ANY way that myorder could not be completed. I am one of the few who can tolerate this pizza and don?t mind driving to them to pick it up andthis is how they thank costumers? Beyond absurd. Not to mention they had charged my card. If you feel like waiting over 1.5 hours for your order come to this location. Worst service with employees who don't care. ... They never have order on time and when you do get it after 2 hours, your order is incorrect. They give you random pizzas. Doesnot matter what time you go, your order will never be on time. They pay no attention to the online ordering portal. Rude staff.Today I ordered cheese and got this after a 2 hour wait. I have complained to their corporate office and still they can't seemto get it together at this location. Go to Papa John's, Dominoes, or anywhere else if you would like to eat instead of wait! Order from the second closest Little Caesars on the list, avoid this one. I've never received an order here on time. Dashers... will sit for an hour at a loss, no one answers phones, no one answers questions at the front. Walking in will result in beingignored while you see water drip from the ceiling into a garbage can. Consistently the grossest and slowest restaurant I'veever seen. Kids working here look like they constantly are understaffed and always clueless on how to resolve any issue. Gottabe the most mismanaged LC I've ever seen. Starting to pay extra to order to get pizza elsewhere. Read more
Saturday October 29 ordered $80 worth of pizza for a Halloween party down the street from this place. Ordered delivery (they use... door dash) and 2 hours later we still haven?t received the pizza. The door dash driver was nice enough to call us to say it wasgoing to be a while. We said ok we?ll wait. An hour later and little Caesar?s said they already delivered it. Door dash driversaid he?s still waiting for the order. The little Caesar employee was extremely rude on the phone and said well your order isnot going to be done anytime soon. Mind you they charged the credit card right away tho!! Horrible service. I wish I could give0 stars HORRIBLE!!! Read more
