I hate to say it, but oh how the mighty have fallen. This Waffle House location has been one of my go to breakfast spots for the... past 30 years. I pretty much would have always rated it a four or five star location because if it wasn?t always great then itwas definitely good enough But ever since Covid? Man oh man it?s been a constant backwards tumble to failure. I don?t knowwhat?s going on or why, but every time I go, they have less staff and even less tables available. After my last visit, it?sgoing to be a long while before I try them again in the hopes that between now and whenever that might be, they may fix theirorganization issues at this location. I sure do hope they will be able to get things back on track because there aren?t thatmany great breakfast restaurants to begin with and I would hate to lose my local Waffle House. Went early (6:30 ish) and was greeted as soon as we sat down. Service was prompt and friendly. Every other breakfast place in... the area opens at 7 now. Waffle house didn't let me down and was open early for a quick breakfast before heading into work. Willdefinitely be back Read more

Two stars because it?s Waffle House, but the service was one star. I?ve been in Waffle Houses in the south in horrible... conditions, but the service has always been top notch. The server here was more concerned with moving around cutlery thanserving; she brought us the wrong food before we even ordered, and after she made us wait half an hour to even sit because sheclosed off half the restaurant to ?serve us better.? This was truly one of my favorite places. But I must say, today was unbelievable; unbearable! It was about 11 am when we sat... down and everything hit us at once!" The server to begin was unfriendly but we went ahead and gave her the benefit of the doubt.We placed our order and we began to notice it was very warm. We requested to move to a cooler section and she did notaccomodate. The A/C was broken, there were a few flies, the music was uncomfortably loud and the place was very dirty-notappealing. To top things off, the bowl of food I ordered was not presentable, much less tasty - burnt bacon (see attached). Webasically left more than half of our food and couldn't get out of the place soon enough. Finally, there was no one to take ourpayment and had to wait. Once finally someone took our method of payment, the credit card/debit card machine wasbroken. Unfortunately, we will never visit this place again and we do not recommend it. Read more
Had the pleasure of being hired here! I only stayed briefly because of moving out of state. The manager named, Andy is extremely... nice, professional and hard working. As well as the district manager named, Alex. My trainer, Adrienne was so knowledgeable andfun to work with. The food here at this location is the best!! And I love it when they play the Waffle Tunes and dance.Wonderful food, customer service and atmosphere!! Glad to have had the pleasure of working here even for a short time. ???? Read more
