Unfortunately disappointing experience. I was very much looking forward to trying this place out. Our waitress put waters down... and walked away. Took her forever to return without saying oh I will be right with you or oh hey I?m backed up I will be therein a minute or anything like that. She came back, took our order, never smiled. When we got our drinks My moms hot chocolatewasn?t hot and my tea had a broken strainer and had to be remade. I didn?t mind it having to be remade because I get that stufflike that isn?t her fault but she acted annoyed when I pointed out all the leaves in the bottom. It took 45 minutes to get ourone dessert our table was splitting (We only ordered drinks and dessert) We ordered the chocolate fondue plate which we wereexpecting to be served hot. It was cold hersheys syrup. When we asked about it we were met with oh you wanted it hot? That?swhat that candle is for. I felt like I was offending waitress by asking. I have never been to a place that serves it cold andyou have to wait for it to be heated by a tea lite. My son got fussy soon after we got our food and we had to make a quick exit.I tried to get attention of another waitress so that we could get our check but she ignored us. We are long time customers who love Crepes! Everything was awesome the service, the teas and most of our meals . The only... complaint I had was the signature white garlic sauce you make. it tasted like they changed something in the recipe? It isusually phenomenal but today it was eh ok- that was very disappointing. If you changed something please change it back there isa noticeable difference in the taste that was unpleasant. You guys are famous for that sauce- When you have perfection youshould not mess with it! Read more
I had never been here before, but woah, was it good! At the West Springfield location, there was a wait, but we were seated... right away at this location! I created my own breakfast with a sweet crepe with warm honey, and it was so good! The hash brownswere so good. I had the Gingerbread Chai which was so warm and cozy. I was driving by to run an errand and figured I'd stop for a bite on the way back. This place is lovely! A big variety of menu... options for both tea and food. I had two eggs, one spinach banana healthy pancake, and one strawberry banana healthy pancake -all accompanied by a sweet pear green tea. Friendly staff and very quick to receive my food. Read more
This is where I spent my afternoon Sunday today. I love the place, very relaxing , forestry view with walk in small lake side.... Inside the restaurant is a homey ambiance. We ordered sweet crepe and matcha lattes. I love the crepe it is not too sweet. Ilike the match it has unique presentation and ownership taste. Passed this place mid afternoon. Decided to give it a try. They said they serve all menu items all day long. They also have a... full bar besides the tea options. We ordered several dishes to try and all the dishes are awesome. Flavorful and not overlysalted (hard to find these days in restaurants). Generous portion. Everything is fresh. Delicious food and great atmosphere! Food was fresh and tasty! Tried chicken and salmon, both meals was perfectly cooked.... Tomatoes soup was ???? ! Also the crepes was very good! Crepes with farm cheese and fresh fruits was ????! Atmosphere inside wasgood. Also they have great outdoor seating. People are nice and friendly.
