In general all Dunkin chains have gone down hill since covid.. although this Dunkin has declined the worst. To start, they... have been out of ketchup packets for 5 months. The drive through line is always 10 cars long, and if you go inside you getcompletely ignored for 20 minutes while the employees take their time slouching around. Read more

Drive thru was busy so we went inside. Most employees were servicing the window so we were told to order at the pickup... counter. Had a little wait to order and then a little wait to pay. Drinks were good. But if we saw a line like that again, wewould probably try to come back later. Read more

The line at the drive thru was 9 cars deep so I decided to go inside for my coffee. There was only 1 other couple in front of... me. Waited for 5 minutes before any employee acknowledged us and when they did, with attitude, said "it's gonna be a while." Itried to give them the benefit of the the doubt, but decided to leave after another 5 minutes when 3 of the 5 employees startedscreaming profanities at each other. I turned around and walked out. Can?t make a coffee right. Goes way too fast nothing is correct. Sandwiches is not toasted after asking for it toasted dark.... When you ask for a breakfast sandwich to be toasted dark and it comes out in one minute you realize that it?s not toasted at alland the cheese is not melted and everything still cold. Got to do a little better for a $10 breakfast in my opinion. What you would expect with Dunkin' coffee and food was on par, service was a little slow, waited for 3 or 4 minutes without... being acknowledged but they were focused on drive through and it is COVID times so to be expected somewhat. Would absolutelyuse this location again for my coffee and donut needs! Read more

Always had a solid experience but whenever I go, I?m going to assume she?s a manager has a very bitter attitude and basically... throws my food at me. My order has been improper each time and no straws were distributed. She also has not worn a mask the pasttwo times I?ve gone in drive through and once when I went inside. I love this Dunkin and have been a customer for years and evenrefer to it as ?the good dunkin? but she makes my experience quite unemployable. Update- went to the same location and order aniced caramel latte with sweet cream cold foam... got a latte with no cold foam. The sticker even said I got charged for it butmy mom picked it up for me and didn?t know. Read more

I haven't had a bad experience at this location unlike the other one in Southwick. On Fridays I take my sons to get a donut... after school and I may get a coffee. This location has short wait times and usually has the donuts my boys like. As for DunkinDonuts in general, I give the company about a third of a star. You can taste the cheapness in the coffee and food. It gets worseevery year as the race to the bottom continues. Read more
