Wouldn't eat here again if it was the last restaurant on Earth. Not sure how an Italian restaurant can screw up baked ziti or... baked lasagna but Roma did. Waitstaff didn't seem to want to be working and not sure why there was a hostess since there wasabout 12 people in the building during the 2 hours we were there. Read more

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here this evening. We got cheesecake (it was delicious) even without toppings. And... two pies. I was surprised we ordered two small pies and they were huge ???? we didn?t even make a dent in one. Took morecheesecake to go! And our servers were so kind and friendly! It's average for a sit down meal in Southwick... The tables wobble, the salt and pepper shakers are dusty. The decor is very... outdated, hasn't changed in 20+ years. Salad dressing comes in a plastic tub. The draft beers all taste the same and definitelynot the beer you ordered. But.... The portions are generous and the bread they bring to the table is unlimited and very, verygood. However, if your party is larger than six and includes a pizza, be prepared for most of your food to be cold. Read more
Amazing restaurant with great food big portions and extremely nice and attentive staff! She was always asking if we were ok or... if we needed anything else, and just really friendly! The food was really really good. I was full from just the appetizers! Lotsof left overs which is great :) Read more
Roma has been around forever and there's a reason for that. Excellent place to eat. A favorite spot amongst locals. Anything... they make ranks with the best for whatever food category you decide to get. From pizza to grinders(subs/heros/hoagies for thoseoutside New England)to lobster to prime rib you will be pleased. It's always busy, especially on your typical nights out, butthe restaurant has plenty of seating and parking so we've never had to wait. Service is always prompt and on point. I'msurprised I haven't reviewed Roma until now. I simply forget about going there. Not because of them but completely my fault.This needs to change and will. Read more
