Messed up orders twice. Caught it while there the other time I was home. Not the first time I?ve had a bad experience though.... They never put enough condiments on burgers. It?s always dry along with cold fries. There?s a burger king on pac ave that?sbetter. I think it?s like 160th? Just go there. I cringe knowing fast food workers want 20 bucks an hour. ????????????? Only received half my order they do not answer the phone so good luck getting ahold of them. I guess they should get more money... so they can do there jobs . I never received a raise from not being able to perform my job always did more to move ahead. Read more
Ordered the fish meal sandwich. It came with fries and a drink. There were no ketchup in the dispenser and no napkins either, I... took the last two. I sat down and when my order was up I was brought my meal. The fish was a hard piece of dark crust. I couldnot eat this. They came and picked up the sandwich and replaced it. The next fish was like a hard crust that I could not breakoff the corner of it. I showed the guy and he just said ?you want another one?? I said no and went up to the counter to get mymoney back. The ?manager ? gave me a $5.00 and I gave her my receipt and she then returned me my money. I feel sorry for whoever owns the franchise. The food is not sold in the quality that it should be. I will not ever stop there again. At my age of80 yrs I was insulted. That is no way to treat people. If you don?t have a good product than do not sale it! Read more

Ordered a Texas double whopper with cheese and got a regular double whopper with cheese. Unfortunately I did not check my order... before heading back to work. Will not buy from this location again. Read more
Order errors happen, thats no reason for a negative review. But when you order chicken fries and you're told you gotta pay 25... cents for a sauce... and they forget your onion rings so you go back through....and get someone else's entire order instead ofyour onion rings... and there is one tomato instead of two on your deluxe chicken sandwich... and no pickles on the otherchicken sandwich just a bun and a chicken patty... and the thinnest bit of mayo on your kids original chicken sandwich... likelegit dry af, might as well serve it with no mayo... this is the worst BK ever. Spend five minutes driving up Pac Ave to theother one, you won't regret it. Not sure if its employees who straight don't care to do their job right, managers who are tryingto rush, or a franchise owner who is trying to be as cheapskate as physically possible.
