Our server, Cosmo, was outstanding he deserves recognition for his upselling, patience, and knowledge of what was available and... not available at start of ordering, and attention to our order when preparing it. He deserves a raise or promotion. Hope thereare more like him at all BK establishments. Oh we also asked about the C.O.D. promotion, and his explanation of why not itwasn't available good...not saying we don't do it here. Read more
This bk charges 2x more for kids meal than other bk and charged extra for the milk saying it's not included its an up charge... when that's never ever been a thing at another bk! and have the order wrong and tried to tell me that's what was ordered when itobviously was not. Read more
The people were very friendly but the food is not up to par. The food we ordered was cold and lasting flavor oddly enough. Even... the veggies were bland on the burger. Never had a whopper this bad. Read more
Every one at work knows this is a huge no! no! For lunch time this place has gotten most my co workers & I sick vary sick. 1st... time there my food straight smelled like puke and they didn't care & acted like it was my fault .... you can ask anyone inspanaway and you'll be told not to go to this BK. 100% way safer to go lil further to the Wendy's and Taco Bell area. If I could give this place a zero star I would. I Went to order food tonight and got the new Southwest whopper and had asked for... no spicy sauce and got a regular whopper with extra spicy sauce. On top of that the burger was raw, fries were cold and hard, mymom's burgers were hard and cold and the lady taking our order her hand had bandaids on them and weren't in gloves. I also founda band aid in my food. Read more
We always Love Burger King. However, today's visit wasn't as good as usual. The food was good. It just needed to be alot warmer.
Clerk was a little slow to answer drive thru. Food was hot the hash browns were a little over cooked. Service was ok
