The store manager was so amazing! She put together an order for a parenting class for individual families. She went above and... beyond and helped bring families together tonight. Will definitely buy my own pizzas here now too!! Read more

Rose that helped me with my food allergies was a blessing. I'm highly allergic to Gluten and she used all new utensils to make... my crust-free pizza and answer all the questions I had about products. She was the absolute sweetest person. Her store was superclean and everyone was so polite. I highly recommend them there if you have any type of allergies. You can tell they care. Read more

I have been ordering from this location for many years! I have never been disappointed. On the rare occasion I have ordered... from other locations the quality of the pizzas do not come close in comparison to the ones at Bethel Station. You can tell themanager demands each pizza to go out perfectly and has a lot of pride in her store and having quality food and provideoutstanding customer service. I will continue to order from this location. The food and toppings are always fresh and tasty. Read more

The prices are still rising here, yet they still have you pay a gratuity when you are paying your order, and also have tip cans... out I guess for the employees. Where's the gratuity going when you pay for your order, yet they still want you to pay more tipsin the tip cans for the workers? Not Right!! Read more

Terrible customer service and a wilted salad to boot. We ordered 2 pizzas online. We showed up about 30 minutes later to pick... them up. We walked in and we were asked if we placed an online order and if it was paid for. We said yes, and they said checkthe rack behind you. Wait, what?? Your customer service is so bad that I have to find my order?? Whose bright idea atcorporate was it to allow this? You ordered it, you paid for it, so you find it? Really?? Ok, so we proceed to touch otherpeoples food trying to decipher the receipt to see if it was our order. No such luck, so we wait. Meanwhile, we purchase a 2liter and ask for a salad. They don't have the salad we want, because they would have to 'make it', (let me pause to say thatI thought that is what Papa Murphy's did was make food) so we order one that is pre-made. After waiting for almost 15 minutesan employee finally asks what the name on the order is and how long ago it was placed. I tell them my name and that the orderwas now placed almost 50 minutes ago. Then we played a fun game of ' is the name Ryan or Brian' before they start scrambling totheir computers to find my order. Finally an employee finds our order on a different rack marked Uber eats, located behind thecounter. We were handed our pizza in a way that suggested we were inconveniencing them, because you know, they had to find itand all. No sorry for the wait, sorry for the confusion, nothing. We get home 10 minutes later and open a salad that iscompletely soggy and wilting. I receive an email from Papa Murphy's asking to take a survey to share our experience. I clickthe link and the survey had already expired. Imagine that, within 15 minutes of picking up my order, my timeline to share myexperience had expired. Shocking. With customer service this bad, I suppose I wouldn't want to give customers a real shot atsharing their opinions either. Read more

Horrible. Almost fascinating how terrible that was. I have only left a handful of reviews. I felt I needed to with this. My son... and I came in to pick up an order. The young man at the register couldn't find it, and was courteous and kind all the while. Notlong after, an older woman began interrogating me. This is no emphasis. She demanded to know then and there that location'sphone number. I told her I didn't know and she demanded again. I then offered to give her my number again, so that she couldperhaps investigate the order. She scoffed and told me she was right, and that I called the wrong store. I told her that no, Ioffered her my number. The young gentleman at the register had ALREADY CONFIRMED that I called that location, as I showed him onmy phone before her interruption. She then offered to make the food and I agreed. Look, I understand having a bad day. But thereal reason I am leaving this review is for how terrible she treated her crew, the young man man working there with her. Sheyelled at him multiple times, for no reason. She asked where a large crust was, he told her, she to him he was wrong, andthat SHE knows what a large looks like. After quickly looking again, it was there and he was right. Poor customer service is onething. But treating your young employees like garbage is sad, and evident of a poorly run business. Read more
