Went in for a few sandwiches and was absolutely appalled by the service. Firstly, my sister ordered a melt, Wich gets 3 servings... of cheese. The girl helping us clearly was new, it was not trained very well, which I can forgive. I have worked for service andunderstand that the only way to learn is to make mistakes, but the experienced employee was not helping her at all... She onlyput 2 servings of cheese on the sandwich, and when I corrected this, the experienced employee looked at the other girl andROLLED HER EYES about be correcting the mistake like I was in the wrong... While I was looking right at her. Not only was thisinfuriating, but it was extremely unprofessional. The untrained employee them proceeded to make the rest of the sandwichincorrectly, but at that point I was too frustrated to correct the mistakes. She then proceeded to leave the other employee tostruggle with an entire line of customers and not help her at all. Clearly she did not need the job bad enough to take itseriously, which is a shame seeing as there are plenty of people out of work who would be more than happy to have any job atall. Read more

Can I just say how amazing the staff is here!!! I have been coming to this one these last couple of months and I have just had... an amazing experience each time. So asked for double meat on Buffalo chicken. Normally two trays of chicken so double means four right? Nope it means three. Said... that?s not double, employee said double really only means. 50% more. This is not only false advertising I?ve had here. I?ve evenhad them call owner for an advertisement and said owner refused to honor it. Read more

I visited this location on 06/17/21 at about 9:20am for a quick breakfast. There was one woman working there. She was a brunette... with a tattoo on her right arm. She was in the back when I came in. When she came out, she was clearly very annoyed that she hadto leave whatever she was doing to serve a customer. She was very short with her words and her tone was very disrespectful andrude. When I asked for coffee she snapped back that they were out of coffee cups. Overall it was an incredibly poor experience.When she asked if it was "just the sandwich" I almost responded by asking for a side of customer service but I thought better ofit. Spend your money elsewhere if you value an ounce of customer service. Read more

Went to the subway located in the spanaway Walmart. The person behind the counter was busy filling phone orders and didn't even... acknowledge me. I waited 20 minutes for her to complete the phone order. When she finally took my order she was rude and eventold me " I only have two hands and you are rushing me" all I did was give her a list of veggies I wanted on my sandwich. My boyfriend went in to get a sub today around 3, there were no other customers and he was standing there for a good 5 minutes... waiting to place his order. The girl working there said she had to pre-cut bread and that she couldn?t make his sandwich rightnow. Meanwhile there was a lot of bread already on the rack. She was complaining about the amount of bread she had to cut. Howdo you not serve sandwiches in the middle of the day. Let alone 1 person because you have to cut bread. Very unprofessional. What rude service by a manager named Tami. I ordered a sandwich and two waters, and she rang up 2 bottled waters, and got mad at... me because I meant 2 cups of water. She told me very rudely " We don't read minds here" and was upset that she had to do asimple void. Cannot believe the customer service here and I will never returned. Had my sweet little granddaughter with me andanother child standing close by. What a poor example her attitude set for them. Find better help Subway!!!!!!!! Read more
