Always friendly staff but cannot get your order right to save their life. Have tried them more times than I care to admit hoping... it was just growing/training pains, but no. I did the drive thru the other night and after going to the newish taco bell on canyon with a line out of the parking lot and no... movement whatsoever in 15+ mins I decided to come here which is closer to my home anyways. The gentleman that took my order wasprofessional and respectful and made sure he understood my order completely. I eat keto so my protein bowl is super modified andmy family all eats their stuff special and made to order. Our order came out 100% correct and quick. The line here was not toobad and moved pretty quickly. All in all this new taco bell location will be our go to location from now on! Read more

We tried placing an order on doordash for carryout for breakfast food 30 minutes prior to them stopping breakfast, it wouldn't... let us. We decided instead to call and place our order to pick up, out of three times calling only one time they picked up. Thelady that answered seemed to have trouble understanding English even though we explained several times what we wanted she thenhung up on us and they wouldn't answer their phone again. They didn?t ring in the order correctly then the girl at the window started yelling at me telling me I didn?t order what I... ordered. Then rolled her eyes at me when I pushed back and asked for her manager. Then the manager told me I didn?t order what Iordered. I had to explain to her it could be that it was not input correctly. I had no problem paying the difference for what Iactually ordered, but the rudeness and attitude from both the drive up girl and the manager was ridiculous. Both need to befired. Read more

I ordered food via DoorDash and asked for no lettuce on my tacos (I have an allergy and my stomach cannot digest leafy greens or... most dense vegetables) and low and behold for the THIRD time in a row I received an incorrect order. Called the store and spokewith a shift lead that stated they would provide a $35 gift card that I could come pick up, I currently have COVID which is whyI used DoorDash in the first place. Shift manager offered no apology and was extremely condescending, like I had inconveniencedhim by letting him know about the incorrect order for the third time in a row. Asked for the General Manager who was notavailable. The Shift Lead took down my information and guaranteed me a call from the GM when he was in the next day. What do youknow, the alloted time comes and goes with no call so I call back and get the GM who tells me he is dealing with other thingsand some are more important than others. So customers don't matter??? Great. I asked for the owner or regional managersinformation and he laughs at me and says that's not going to happen. Absolutely ridiculous. No apology, no sorry for theinconvenience, no nothing. As someone that has been a GM of quick service restaurants for 10 years this was totally unacceptableand uncalled for. To make it seem like your customers don't matter and that them wasting their money is a joke is just beyonddistasteful. Definitely put in a complaint with corporate and still have no refund or replacement. Seems as though there needsto be some serious retraining and customer service training for this staff. I understand it's fast food and not that serious,but had they approached it with an apology and not laughed in my face, the incident would have been totally different. Read more

Every time I give them a chance, they let me down. Once I spent 7 minutes at the order speaker as they ?caught up? on the two... cars ahead of me. Today, I?m sick and asked someone to get me Taco Bell. Over $50 for our family and MY MEAL (the only meal) wasmissing. They made two bean burritos with green sauce, instead of one and it was half green half red sauce and hardly any otheringredients. Taco shells were all broken. Chips tasted like chemicals from sitting under the heat lamp WAY too long. I asked forPepsi, got Dr Pepper (only one drink). I?m confused how you miss the most expensive item, mess up the only drink, make two weirdburritos. This isn?t the first mess up, and doubt it?ll be the last. I?m not going back to fix the meal, I?m sick. I had todirect the girl on the phone what to do in the event you mess up, name # meal. I?ll be asking for a gift card. I won?t go backthere again.
