I boycotted this location years ago due to consistently having online orders being made wrong and not ready until 30-45 minutes... past pickup time. I decided to give them another chance. WHY?? I should have known better!! We came for the shrimp tacos. Theytold us the mango salsa wouldn't be ready for 15 minutes. Kind of annoying, but whatever. The thing is, they made the tacos andlet them sit on the counter for the 15 minutes. Duh. This is why we go to their competitor. Read more
Food does not taste as good as other cafe rios. Ordered shrimp tacos. Tasted like they had been left out for a while. Very... dirty. Floors, counters, even the pots and pans, bathrooms. Not impressed at all. Read more
Overall it was a pretty good experience. Ordered through their app got our food to go. When we got there it was ready for us. My... only complaint was that they put beans in one of our burritos that was supposed to have no beans. Read more
Not a fan. Not a ton of topping selections. Required to pay extra for diced chicken unlike nearly every other fast casual... Mexican place. Flavor of the food wasn?t great either. Service wasn?t great, as I had to stand at the register while my foodwas sitting at the end of the oven. Won?t say I won?t try again during a visit, but won?t be clambering to go back either. I went in to get some food after the gym, when there wasn't a single car in the parking lot, or a single customer in the... Restaurant at about 3:30pm. I walked in and there was a woman preparing food, obviously take out. I said hello to her and shedidn't even respond. I proceeded to wait for about 5 minutes while not even being greeted let alone even ignolaged by at least 5employees! I decided to leave, because of the lack of customer service. ???? Read more
Ordered a bunch of meat and sides for a taco/burrito bar (which I've done before). Got home and one of the meats was only a... little over 1/2 pound (8.5 oz) and another only 12 oz. Called them up and was told that since they weigh it all out, I'm wrongand that there was nothing they could do. Ended up having to call their corporate support line and was able to get somereconciliation, so at least they understand at that level. Won't be eating at this location again any time soon. Read more
I usually have a good experience with Cafe Rio, but this location just sent me home with a salad with a huge vein in the meat... (see picture). The food was edible, but that tends to take the wind out of your sails when you bite into blood vessels insteadof tender beef. Check your meat if you stop here. Read more
