Hours posted both online and on the doors to the store said open until 11pm. I pulled up to the drive thru at 9:37pm and the... drive thru operator came on the intercom asking "what can we get started for you tonight?" So I said I wanted to western baconcheeseburgers sandwich only, and I didn't get a reply for a minute. Then finally the same operator says "I'm sorry we'recurrently closed". That was it, nothing more. Wouldn't respond to my questions after that. I pulled up to the window and nobodywas visible, and no sign was posted saying special hours or anything. In fact, it had the hours posted clearly showing openuntil 11pm. I pulled around to the main door to the dining room to see if there was a special hours sign there, but there wasnot. Just the same hours sign stating open until 11pm. I saw a couple of other cars pull into the drive thru at that point anddecided to follow them, and suddenly the person in the mustang had their order taken. The next person right in front of me hadthe operator ask "what can we get started for you this evening?". The person ordered, and didn't get any response from theoperator after that despite saying "hello?" repeatedly. When he drove off, I pulled up to the window, I could see 4 employeesinside making milk shakes and laughing, but nobody would acknowledge me. Read more
I don't go to Carl's Jr often, but man they have a really good burger. Service at this location is a little slow, and the play... place is closed off no doubt still due to Covid, that is kind of a bummer. But good food! Read more
This location is very clean and well taken care of. Cashier was friendly and attentive. Our food was served hot and the order... was accurate and what we were expecting to receive. My only issue, which really isn't their fault I am assuming, is that theywere out of many items. No fry sauce, no little containers, wrappers were wrong (right item, just out of the wrapper), certainsizes of cups were out, ect. I hope the Carl Jr franchise can sort out their supply chain issues soon. What made this not afrustration was that the cashier ( I think she was a manager as well, if not, she should be!) was up front about what wasn'tavailable as we ordered and offered to substitute what she could for missing items. I wish all restaurant employees did thisinstead of just letting us order and then be upset when something is missing. I'm so tired of getting the "Oh sorry, we are outof that" AFTER I pay for it! This is the cleanest fast food restaurant I?ve ever been to! The staff is excellent. The food was great and it was such a nice... environment to sit and relax because of its cleanliness! Definitely give this restaurant a try and see for yourself! Read more
Good food, I got a chicken tender all star meal, unfortunately, they have upped the all star meal prices by $2 so it's now 7... dollars for an all star meal, I think getting it in a combo would get you more food than the all star meal. food was great andso was the drink.
