Reviews for Del Taco in Spanish Fork, UT
I ordered 4 basic items on the app to pickup in the store. I get there a couple minutes after ordering and check in with the app... telling me my food will be ready soon. I then proceed to sit and wait for 25 MINUTES before getting anything. I watched multiplecustomers enter order and leave. Several of them apologized to me because they saw I was waiting long before they were. This washands down the worst experience I've had at any fast food restaurant in years. Fast Customer Service... They have the Best Price for what You actually get. You Actually get A Lot of Meat, Cheeses, and... Sauces!! Unlike other places where Tacos are $5+ for a Small Amount of Meat with Tons of Lettuce and Tomatoes, Etc... Read more
My kids and I literally waited in the lobby for at least 15-20 minutes before anyone even acknowledged that we were there or... came to take our order.. they were way more interested in helping people at the window and I mean they didn't even bother togreet us or tell us they'd be with us shortly or anything like that at all! & To top that off it took them about another 30minutes just to make us a thing of nachos! This was the freshest crispy chicken wrap I have ever gotten from a Del Taco. Loved it and love the green building!
If I could give a zero I would. All the tacos we orders weren?t even half full. Absolutely ridiculous. Our large fry was half... full and old. Their sign was off and when we let them know, because we couldn?t read the menu, they acted like they were closedand we making them reopen? When it was 10pm on a Friday, they still had a couple more hours of operation time. We thought itwas a joke when we got home and opened our food. Read more
I don't know if it is Del Taco or if it is their delivery service, but the last two deliveries in a row the tacos have been... horrible. The order gets to me a lot later than I was told it would be. The tacos were falling apart and mushy at the bottom. I ordered a drink and I paid extra for the strawberry lemonade and I didn't even get it. The first few times I ordered at theSpanish Fork Del Taco it was great the lettuce was fresh the cheese was and today it was horrible one taco had hardly anylettuce and all the cheese and everything was melted into it on the second one there was more lettuce and hardly any cheese. This location is new and very clean. The food was really good. I got the Del Burrito which I really enjoyed ( it?s small enough... you definitely need two.) I also got the Epic Cali Bacon Burrito Meal with Carne Asada. That burrito is big and very filling.The combination of flavors are really good. Definitely worth the stop. Read more
