Have now learned I need to ask about every aspect of the item I am ordering to make sure they don't contain what I am allergic... to not just one item. I have a major tomato allergy and asked the person taking my order if any sauces or ingredients hadtomatoes he said no. I love JJs but disappointed in this location. We live literally blocks away. After 50 minutes I checked my order status for the... 5th time and it said it was delivered. But it wasn't delivered to my home. I walked down the street and found it after checking3 different houses. I called the store to let them know and share my frustrations over this and the employee literally didn'tspeak for like 20 seconds after I told him what happened. Then he said "sorry about that". And after another few seconds ofsilence it was cleared he had nothing more to say. He didn't even ask for my name, order number or anything. I have been ordering from this restaurant for 4 years, and for the most part they do a good job but in the last 3 months they're... delivery time has skyrocketed and they are no longer freaky fast. Last week my order took 35 minutes to be delivered and todayit took 45 minutes to get here for one giant sandwich and a soda and I live less than half a mile away from the restaurant. Tomake matters worse, it was a simple ham & cheese sandwich, but arrived with no cheese ????.
