Went to grab a pepperoni pizza and it was dry. Don?t know if it was left past it?s hold time, near it?s hold time, or hardly put... any sauce. It was as if they forgot the tomato sauce on the pizza. Crust was brittle, hardly edible. Read more
We ordered 2 extra most bestest pizzas through the drive thru, and were told it would be a 10 minute wait. After 30 minutes and... 4 other cars coming after us and getting their food before us we went in to find our order. We were told it would be 5 moreminutes. As they have 2 extra most bestest going out the window. They ended up just giving us that, and the pizza is clearlyold. The last few times I?ve eaten there the pizza had been poor quality, Or say under a heater for hours and hours. The pizza we... just got wasn?t edible even with a gallon of ranch. I wanted to try the thin crust pepperoni. I really liked it and I will order it again. Little Ceasars is really good and... sometimes I forget about it. But when I do remember, it doesn't disappoint. They have good lunch specials too. When I've orderedon the app, it's always been ready at the time I have selected. That's the best way to do it. It took longer than the estimated time it showed online, which was ok but strange since it was 1 cheese pizza. I missed it when... I drove by because it's on the inside corner of a building with other businesses & I couldn't see it. The pizza was thestrangest crust ever. It was not suppose to be a thin crust but it sort of looked like that with rough random edges. The pizzawas also not well cut. Small & big pieces & not all the way through on a few of them. They were friendly enough to me but I justwent through the drive through. It still tastes fine & I got my dressing that I asked for. It was ok. Read more
Soooo we were supposed to get the Extra-Most-Bestest and we instead got an Extra-Small-Normal. I was expecting the extra cheese... and pepperoni that the Extra-Most-Bestest is known for, and this is literally a regular pizza. It's also the smallest pizza fromthis company I've ever seen. Nov 11th simple customer service goes a long way! Today unfortunately was one of those days the customer service was lacking....
