We placed an online order, my daughter picked it up drove home, which is not close by and we were missing 4 hamburgers, plus we... got 5 frozen drinks and no straws. I feel like online orders should be the easiest orders to fill and get correct because it'sall right there in front of you no confusion on how it should be made and then make sure you get everything for that ordertogether. Maybe try double or even triple checking to make sure the customer gets the whole order. Then we are the onesinconvenienced having to go back to get what we should have gotten in the first place. You need to start holding yourselvesaccountable and take pride in getting orders correct. Read more
Awesome options on the burger. It can be substituted as a hockey puck. It is not the first time. I recommend an urgency to... remedy your fresh bread issues. I was surprised that there where not more comments about it sense it happens to me 90 percent ofthe time. You are either hiding them or targeting me. You can do better. Read more
McDonald?s never gets better but it never gets worse. The french fries taste good and the hamburgers are pretty good. The café... shakes are wonderful. I hate how they can?t keep the number of employees so the lobbies have to close all the time. Waiting inline for an hour for a sandwich is not fair to anyone. Read more
It wasn't terrible, it's McDonald's. If your expecting gourmet food, you'd be going somewhere else. It's fast, easy, full of... sugar, unhealthy and fake. Everything the average American wants, the only real issue I ran into was the speed. Considering theyonly had 5 people in the building at lunch rush hour shows they value money over speed (plus it being pack with lettuce, onesingle pickle per Big-Mac and the bun oversizing the hamburger by a good half inch. It's sad to see the decline in quality andquantity in the pursuit of ask might dollar). Read more
I had lunch with a friend here today. The food was good, everything in the order was correct. Then I left my purse! I didn't... notice for almost 2 hours and when I called they said they had it but would require ID or some proof it was mine. I appreciatethis SO much. They had it safely in the back & opened it in front of me, checked my ID. They were all so kind & helpful. I wasblown away by their customer service & friendliness! Thank you!! Read more
Okay area .. all the empty tables were dirty They don't even offer salads anymore. I go to McDonald's once in a thousand blue... moons. Everytime I leave, I ask myself .. Why do I ever go? Always horrible food and less than desirable cleanliness. Read more
