Placed an order, and after 5 hours it wasn?t ready. I waited in a line stretching out the door. I waited for an hour, got to the... front and was told to go to the pickup line where I was told my order wasn?t ready. I asked for a refund and was told to go backto the line I had just waited in. It was pretty aggravating having just waited to be told they couldn?t check where I was. I wastold the manager on duty was Adrian by a kind young lady who had long brown hair and round glasses. I asked if her manager couldstep aside and talk with customers, and was informed that she was busy, even though she was in eye shot making pizzas up front.I asked why, and she said because the till was broken next to where they wrap pizzas. Pardon my frustration, but that?s not anexcuse to help explain the situation. Not issuing a refund, sure, however I don?t understand why they couldn?t have a difficultconversation and help me understand what?s going on. While waiting customers were actively talking about how they were 5 hoursbehind schedule here. One gentleman also claimed the staff gave away his order on accident. One couple was very patient, placedan order and was made to wait over 90 minutes while I was there. No warnings, no disclaimers, we were promised an order by 5:45and that time shot by faster than Formula 1 on race day. My wife tried calling for 20 minutes straight and it was very audiblein the store that MANY people were calling, but if the dozen or easily more employees on staff nobody bothered to even look atthe phone, raising some serious questions about management style and concerns over customer service. Update: Upon furtherreview after getting home they missed an entire pizza, and the majority of toppings on the other pizzas we ordered. Verydisappointing. Read more

Management is bad. Customer service is worse. Won't ever answer their phones. Half the time our order is wrong. I waited in... lobby for them to make a pizza that was supposed to be done 2 hours earlier just to find out it was on a rack done and no onetold me. I will drive to Springville or Payson to avoid this stores incompetencies and lack of caring. Read more

Very disappointed. First tried ordering on the app at 6:30pm and was unable to. Then I tried calling the store at 6:35pm. It... rang for 6 minutes and no answer. I got down to the store at 6:50pm and the doors are locked. You can clearly see twoemployees walking around. If you state that you close at 7pm, please don't lock your doors early. If you're going to closeearly then change your sign and website hours. As I was leaving 3 other people tried to enter the store all before 7pm. Thisisn't the first time. Good food.. nice restaurant.. not really any private, or quiet places that you could eat and have a work meeting. Food seems... fresh, and tastes good.. maybe a similar vibe as Blue lemon.. between the two I would prefer Blue lemon ;) Read more

Clean store with great employees that answered my questions and were very careful and respectful while making my dairy free... pizza. I was very grateful with how careful they were so I didn't have to be concerned with cross contamination. I was soexcited to hear about the new dairy free option and finally being able to eat pizza again. Great location. My one request forthe company is that dairy free and gluten free pizzas get their own coupons, I get it can be more expensive with the specialtyingredients, but I'd love to see some specialty coupons in the future Read more

Terrible customer service. I ordered a family sized thin crust pizza, got home and this is the pizza we got. I called in and... they informed me "you can either come back for a refund or we can write your name down." I then spoke with the manager who said"so the reason you didn't get a thin crust pizza is because we were super behind on prep today, so we don't have any thin crustpizzas made." Nobody bothered to tell me that on the phone or when I picked up the pizza. Read more

After having such inconsistent results from other pizza chains, we have been getting pizza from Papa Murphy's. We love the... Gourmet Vegetarian and our kids love pepperoni. The Halloween Jack-o-lantern pizzas are so cute and festive. We tried theS'mores bars and it was a fun change from the cookie dough. Service was fast and friendly. Read more

I finally decided to try something other than a traditional pepperoni pizza and I?m glad I did! We tried the barbecue chicken... and the Thai Chicken pizzas and they were both delicious. Our family enjoyed the Thai Chicken the best which I was surprisedbecause it had cucumbers on it which was sue Pringle so good! Just the right amount of spice and so so good.
