Our family ordered ahead through the app tonight-October 3, 2022, Spanish Fork, UT location, order number 397. We checked in and... waited 20 minutes, then pressed the button from our stall to check on the status. Meanwhile our toddlers fell asleep in theircar seats asking for their food. Another 10 minutes passed before our food was brought to us. There was no explanation orapology AND our food was cold. We considered asking for fresh food to be made but didn't want to wait another 30 minutes. Thestore was not overly busy while we waited. We are beyond frustrated and don't plan to return as customers unless Sonic doessomething to make this right. We also tried calling several times once we were home to talk with the manager but it rang andrang each time until the recording eventually said the call couldn't be completed and to try later. I don't believe the phoneline was busy because we tried calling from both of our phones at once and the second phone immediate had a recording saying theline was busy. Our kids are now screaming and cranky and likely won't go to bed for a long time because they fell asleep waitingfor dinner. Though it may not matter to the employees working tonight, this had a negative impact our family. I went to sonic for the first time just a few days ago. It tasted pretty good considering there was chili all over my wiener.... The tater tots were perfectly salted and the over all experience was great (for the most part?) The ENTIRE experience of sonicas a whole for me, lasted for about 3 days, yet 2 of the 3 were spent in the bathroom taking a sh*t. Worth it though? 5 stars Read more
Had an awesome cherry limeade float (unexpectedly yummy!), but I just can't handle the crazy price hikes. It's getting hard to... go out to eat anywhere these days - definitely not more than once a week. I miss being able to eat out more freely. Read more
I visit this store literally everyday to get my drinks. While the service can be hit and miss. I have waited 15 min for a drink... when ordering 10 min earlier on the app, I can also pull up and get my food immediately after just having ordered. My issue isthe APP never seems to work for this store and they?re always turning it off. I was told after it had been off for a week thatthe manager was the one who controls that but they were in the hospital so they couldn?t turn it back on. I?ve been told it wasdue to short staffing or items not being available. While I understand some of these issues and reason if it?s going to beturned off for a week you need to honor in app prices at the store. Like the 1/2 priced drinks or the rewards that are on apponly. Also I placed an order at 10:35 only to be told sorry we close at 10. Management was made aware of this and said theywould take care of it. Nothing had been done yet. I could still order after hours and the online hrs haven?t been fixed. This location is quick, efficient, and has the classic yummy food. When going at prime meal times, you do end up waiting a while... though. My favorites are the classic cheeseburger with tots (+fry sauce of course), and ocean water made with a sprite zerobase. I love how customizable it all is! We decided to check out this Sonic Drive In in Spanish Fork, UT. We just ordered specialty drinks and hand made shakes. It was... a fairly busy Saturday afternoon. I have read some posts on Yelp complaining about really slow service. However, the drinkswere absolutely delicious and the shakes were great too. The order took about 15 minutes. I had Sonic on a trip in Nashville that was actually pretty good so I decided to come home and give my local location a shot. I... didn?t eat a single fry because they didn?t look like they had even been cooked. The soft pretzel was pretty good but it reallydidn?t make up for the rest of the meal.
