The parking lot was packed full, which means the place has to be good, RIGHT? We walk in and there are about 5 hostesses. I... had to walk up and start the conversation, they were to busy chatting with each other. I get told it's going to be a 20-25minute wait, I give them my information so they can text me. We go to sit down and I imminently get two texts, one saying I'mchecked in and the next saying come to the counter. I'm thinking this is direction for what to do when texted when a tablebecomes available as there's no way I'd get told the long wait time and they already have me come back up. So we sit for 25minutes and are the only ones in the seating area. After 25 minutes I walk up to the hostesses and ask where we were at on ourtable and they said they had already texted us (The second text we got after the first text). YOU'VE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME! Youtexted us and not one of you walked yourselves to the waiting room to tell us, you texted us so that's where the hospitalityends. Having to inform the only two people that you know are in the waiting room would be to strenuous, forgive us. So rightoff the bat I'm not having a good experience. The food was nothing to brag about. Instead of chicken wings bone-in they havebonified chicken nuggets. The shrimp was good, so that was a plus. Our server was training and filled our waters up once,right after we had paid. Come on, server basics, keep the water's filled and don't fill it after they've paid and have that bethe only other time you fill them back up. If you can't tell this was not a good experience. I have yet to be disappointed of anything at Texas Roadhouse. Food was excellent along with the environment and experience was... great! I got the half rack of ribs and they were awesome! Read more
I?ve been a long time fan of Texas Roadhouse! I was super psyched to have it in Spanish Fork. Sadly, our experience was less... than ideal. It was an hour and ten minute wait, which wasn?t that big of a deal since we had call ahead seating and came inlater. But our party of 8 barely had any actual service. Our server came a couple times but we ended up waiting well over anhour for our entrees. I understand that it can be busy, especially on a Friday night?.but it could have still had better serviceoverall. Like drink refills when it?s starting to run low? not being out for 20 minutes before anyone even comes over. When wewere brought one basket of four burnt rolls (for our table of 8, as I said before) for us to split, it was verydisappointing. The rest of the food did taste divine, and the server was kind. But it was not a great experience overall, and Idon?t know if we will return to this location again. Maybe for lunch if they would open earlier on Fridays!! We love to have alunch date while the kids are at school, so they don?t have to endure a long and boring waiting period. But even then.. I?mpretty hesitant to go back. Read more
So happy that Texas Roadhouse is here in Spanish Fork! The steak is great, their ribs are amazing with bones that pull right... out, and their salad is tasty! That being said the salads we got were absolutely coated in their Caesar dressing, which I liked,but for someone like my wife who likes light dressing it was too much and she had to request a new salad. They promptly replacedit and made sure we were satisfied. I already like this Texas Roadhouse more than others based on the fact that they have a hugewaiting area compared to the others which is a massive benefit to customers considering that they are very popular. Super yummy food! Chili was delicious, all the servers we had were really friendly and helpful! Manager even made sure we were... good. Fantastic! Walked right in. No waiting! Our server Bryce did an incredible job.He was on top of everything. "Thanks Bryce" The... food was great. The rolls and butter omg. 2 hours from start to finish. We had the potato skins as a starter which were good though the skin and bacon were extra salty. A... party of 3 took 45 minutes to be seated where we checked in twice. The food took awhile to arrive and when it did, two of thethree dishes were somewhere between cool and warm but even the sweet potato sides weren?t even hot enough to melt the cinnamonbutter and my pulled pork was tepid.
