I used to come here a lot since I’ve grown up in the area almost my entire life. My family and friends always considered this... a very nice classy restaurant, however today I was pretty disappointed. When we walked up we saw the umbrellas open outside andwe were so excited to grab a drink, an appetizer, and just relax outside under the shade. Unfortunately the hostess said theydon’t have a server for the outside area, totally understandable, most places are still low staffed. The hostess wasincredibly kind and took very good care of us. We asked to sit at the bar and we both ordered our drinks. After sipping on myFairhope Causeway for a few minutes, I noticed I had a shred of lettuce sitting on the inside of my cup near the rim. *I did notget a picture of this* but I was very disgusted. The bartender did feel very bad and gave me another glass and beer. Whilesitting inside, it almost feels like the AC isn’t even on. We ordered steamed shrimp and the taste just doesn’t seem tomatch prior visits. I’m sad to say, this place has just gone down hill in my opinion. We had a nice server who didn't waste any time taking our orders and bringing out our food (Missy, I believe). She was great.... For everyone ordering food, I would recommend anything that is mostly seafood. I had a seafood pasta, and it was mid at best.Not worth the $16/17 that was paid. A person that was in my party had the smoked salmon and said it was definitely worth the$23. Overall great service (they had a live singer there as well). Read more
Yum yum yum!!! Food was very tasty, and portions were good. My hubby and I split the marinated sirloin, with mashed potatoes and... an extra caeser salad. We had a great time, and our waiter was AMAZING! Recommend going. Read more
Ambience was amazing during peak busy hours! The staff was SUPER friendly. Portion sizes were great, and the price was... extremely reasonable! I think we had an inexperienced waiter. We waited about 30 minutes for appetizers and 45 for entrees. He seemed uncomfortable and very nervous, but Management and other servers picked up the slack. We were disappointed with thebland steak and bland fried seasoning. The food was pretty much drive-thru quality, which surprised us considering theatmosphere and staff. Read more
I am a very big fan of California Dreaming. They sadly don’t have a location in Atlanta anymore and I decided to go here since... I was in the area. It was very good, just two complaints. They forgot about my salad and the shrimp was pink. Other than that,it was great. I highly recommend California Dreaming because it is a very nice restaurant with a simple but amazing menu. Read more
This place is conveniently located on the Eastern Shore at the Malbis Mall. The restaurant has plenty of seating capacity, they... offer outdoor dining, curbside pickup, and the menu includes a variety of food and drinks. Our waiter was super friendly,however it took longer than expected to get our meal since the place wasn't super busy. The salads and warm croissants areexcellent and I highly recommend them. The ranch dressing is tangy and delicious! I also had the bbq chicken with mashedpotatoes and potato soup and enjoyed both. The chicken was tender and had a mild bbq sauce cooked on it, with extra sauce on theside. Read more
The food was superb and the service was outstanding. There was no complaints at my table of six...not even from picky eaters.... The steaks were seasoned and cooked to perfection. Their house salad is the best salad I ever had. Read more
