On our way back east, we decided to stop by my favorite spot for dinner. We placed our almost $30 order with the first gentlemen... who, though he was standing in 54° weather, provide excellent service. When we pulled up to the window/ door, we were notgreeted, the two young ladies were simply staring at us and asked for the name on the order. One girl approached us and saidthat they did not have any cookies left and asked did we want a brownie instead. After I responded no, she did not inform thecashier and we were charged for the cookie. When I checked the receipt and asked for a refund for the cookie, the young ladyasked if we did not want it anymore, I told her that the other girl said that they didn't have anymore so she refunded theamount. A manager came over and he apologize, which was the only semblance of pleasant that we receive from our interaction atthe window. We were not given a farewell either. Maybe the stores were we live spoil us, but this store has shown us just howspecial they truly are. The food was lukewarm and the service at the window/door was far from what I expect when I patronizeChick-fil-a. Chick-fil-a is not just a fast food business, it is an experience that I am willing to pay for because I canguarantee that my experience will be top notch, as always. This store fell short and I will never stop at this Chickfila again. Read more

New to area but treated like family. Excellent food served quickly. These "Chick-a-pros" spent time cleaning when not busy with... customers and were still smiling when ready to serve. Read more

Here employees are fast attending inside and drive tru. very fast drive tru. The big issue here is to keep this place clean. I... approach to the manager and I mentioned above the floor I tell him the floor is duty if he can send somebody to clean the floorbecause is dangerous for customers and the business, after 20 MINUTES somebody clean the floor horrible cleaning work, the garbage cans was full, bathroom full with paper and they don't take action about the situation. I spend there 2 hours and Itake action to take pictures to provide this issue. Read more

Food was good, but we always seem to have to pull up and wait when we order chicken straps. They also put my yogurt parfait in... the bottom of the bag under the hot food. When I asked why she stated the owner didn't want them to use extra bags. Read more

Food was great as always, but service sucked! As with everyday at Chick, it was double lines to order, but still had to wait... over 20 minutes. When I finally got up to the window I was given my drinks and the bag of food and was told "here's your order,thanks!" But, I never had a chance to review my order and by the time I got home I noticed I had only received two thirds theorder. Two eight piece nugget meals were only 6 in each and they forgot to include my two large fries. I blame myself, but Iwould think you could have them tape the receipt (which also wasn't included) to the bag for them to review before whisking thecustomer away. Read more

My overall experience was great at this restaurant! The building was clean and in good condition, the food was amazing and at... the right temperature. And best of all the staff was so polite and went beyond expectation. Especially Mr. Richard who was verykind in serving us. I really do recommend this place. Read more

The staff here was wonderful woman working drinks was so sweet. They were packed wall to wall but they were keeping it together... very well. (I think I hear someone say imma head back out to the bus ????) we frequent this location because of the staff andtheir ability to handle the rushes. Read more

Been seeing that darn Chick-fil-A commercial on TV a lot lately. That sandwich looked so good, so today while driving by, I said... to daughter, OMG, we need to go in there.
