First time back since before pandemic...I liked it. The tables weren't right on top of each other. It appears as though some of... the antiques had been removed from the walls...just seemed cleaner. We really enjoyed our server, Brittany. My Mom is 88 andBrittany showed her so much patience. She was excellent in every way...from the greeting to the thank you. A bit underwhelming. Portions were smaller than usual at other locations. We weren't greeted by waitress for 10 minutes after... being seated (she was new, no stars on apron, so being generous with 3 stars). Tea was weak, like sugar water. Pinto beans dry.Country fried steak thin. Waitress did not offer dessert. Was slow refilling glasses. Brought our tickets before meal was done.Did not offer to go cups or boxes. Felt rushed, although it was a light lunch crowd on a Monday. I guess the labor crunch isaffecting more and more businesses, but you'd expect a huge chain like CB to be mostly immune to that. You know we forgot to eat Breakfast before getting out on the road. Luckily for us Crackle barrel was here with their breakfast... served all day. Staff was as nice as the food and those biscuits are to die for. Great job CB ! Read more

New items folks! I stayed boring. We all love Cracker Barrel. I usually get a make your own version of breakfast- sirloin... steak, 3 eggs (they only brought me 2,) bacon. The food here was good. The reason why I am giving a one star review is because my daughter picked out a toy from the store... which was labeled $6.99 which is a reasonable and affordable price as I am a single mother. My son also picked out a toy aroundthe same price point. When we where checked out at the register, the toy which was labeled $6.99 ended up being $22.99 Iexplained to the manager on duty, Abby, that the toy was labeled $6.99 and that it was very misleading to then proceeded withcharging $22.99 for the toy that I had already promised my daughter. She did nothing to resolve the problem and only offered toallow me to return it for a full refund after I had already promised my eight year old daughter she could have this toy. I HAVE ATE AT FOUR OF THEIR LOCATIONS AND I DON'T HAVE ONE COMPLAINT THEY DO HAVE GREAT SERVICE.THE PEOPLE ARE KIND AND FRIENDLY... AT ANY CRACKER BARREL THAT YOU MIGHT GO TO. THEY HAVE NICE RETAIL OR GIFT STORE WITH CLOTHING AND ALL KIND OF THINGS IN THESTORE.GREAT FOOD I LOVE THE CHICKEN AND DUMPLINGS AND RHE COUNTRY FRIED STEAK.MY SON LOVES A GREAT STEAK MEAL THERE. IF THEYGET OVER PACKED YOU MIGHT HAVE A TWENTY FIVE TO THIRTY MINUTE WAIT BUT IT'S WORTH THE WAIT. Great service, delicious food, and generous portions. We enjoyed our late lunch on a busy weekend in Spanish Fort. We were... seated promptly, our order was taken immediately and the food was served after only a few minutes. This restaurant is wellmanaged and the staff is very efficient. Breakfast twice at this location. Everyone had a bland attitude. The food taste the same as other locations. The location... appeared to be clean. The waitress forgot to bring out a portion of our order and had to go look at the menu to make sure whatour order came with ??????????? could do a lot better at this location. Read more
