It was eight us we was doing a little shopping when it was time to eat everyone wanted to go to Logan's except me ,had one bad... experience with a different location, glad I went everything was great from walking in to leaving out. Top of the line, polite,understanding, kindness, and helpful. The food was hot and delicious the price was not bad at all, and I am happy nobodylistened to me. When we ate here I was upset with the entire restaurant but after thinking a little more I wanted to be specific. Rachel our... server not only got my order wrong, she played it off until I asked her specifically if she had gotten it wrong and then sheblamed the ordering system. Never an apology just blaming the system. She brought my sides and said the meat would be right outand it wasn?t. I finally canceled my order and had pay for the side. The manager who stood right next to Rachel when I cancelledthe order never said a word, never apologized, never tried to make it right. Those two made for a lousy dining experience. This was the WORST experience I have had in a very long time. The service level was so subpar!! I order and received appetizers... without flatware, saucers, or napkins. Never received the sweet tea that was ordered. There were NO apologies offered by thewaitress or management. We only ordered appetizers. When it was time to order the entrees, we were totally disappointed in thequality of service that we lost our appetites. Unfortunately our lunch party was not the only party that received such poorservice. I felt so bad for the handicapped, elderly couple that was dining.
