It was eight us we was doing a little shopping when it was time to eat everyone wanted to go to Logan's except me ,had one bad... experience with a different location, glad I went everything was great from walking in to leaving out. Top of the line, polite,understanding, kindness, and helpful. The food was hot and delicious the price was not bad at all, and I am happy nobodylistened to me. When we ate here I was upset with the entire restaurant but after thinking a little more I wanted to be specific. Rachel our... server not only got my order wrong, she played it off until I asked her specifically if she had gotten it wrong and then sheblamed the ordering system. Never an apology just blaming the system. She brought my sides and said the meat would be right outand it wasn?t. I finally canceled my order and had pay for the side. The manager who stood right next to Rachel when I cancelledthe order never said a word, never apologized, never tried to make it right. Those two made for a lousy dining experience. Wedge salad ordered with NO tomatoes, came smothered in them. Steak was tough. Baked potato was good. Service was not good and... brought check while I was eating then tried to collect payment while I was still eating. Won't go back. ???? Read more
This was the WORST experience I have had in a very long time. The service level was so subpar!! I order and received appetizers... without flatware, saucers, or napkins. Never received the sweet tea that was ordered. There were NO apologies offered by thewaitress or management. We only ordered appetizers. When it was time to order the entrees, we were totally disappointed in thequality of service that we lost our appetites. Unfortunately our lunch party was not the only party that received such poorservice. I felt so bad for the handicapped, elderly couple that was dining. This was a very bad meal! The steak was over cooked and covered in filth from the grill. It didn?t appeared that the grill had... been cleaned at all. The meat was covered in burnt char that had cooked onto the grill from previous steaks fat and blood. Itwas just pure nasty! You could really tell there was no pride put into your experience either from management or right down tothe server. The ?baked potato? if that?s what they want to call a raw potato was of the same quality as the steak. None!! I didget to eat the roll that was cold and limber. The ribs were not very good. Small, very little meat, dried out like they were cooked the day before and reheated. The bread... was fresh and the baked potato was good. Read more
So we ordered two fillets and they came out way undercooked. Sent those back waited over 30 minutes and they bring out two... sirloin that they tried to serve us as fillets way over cooked and tough. Told the manager that they were not fillets and theywere overcooked and I would have been better off taking to the wall. We?ve eaten here a bunch and overall it?s been prettydecent but this was a horrible experience. Terrible experience for our Christmas dinner. Spent $70 and left hungry. Soup not hot enough but tasty. Steak ordered medium brought out rare so had to wait for recook. Prices reasonable. Not negative... just an off night apparently. Waitress busy but attentive. Read more
