I called at 6pm on Friday to ask for a cookie cake and asked for asap. They said the earliest it could be ready was 1pm on... Saturday. I asked could it be ready at 11:30 on Saturday. They said no. Long story short, I picked up the cookie and it says?custom cookie cakes in 15 minutes? on the box..they didn?t know that it impacted my day because we were waiting on the cake togo out of town for the bday party. The store should take this advertising off the box and off the web if they can?t support it. Read more

Ordered cookie cake online to be picked up at a designated time, I am now sitting in my car waiting for it to be decorated...why... specify a time if it will not be ready! I'm sure it will be hurriedly done at this point! You should do better! It is notconvenient to come back!! Read more

When we entered your store you had two employees helping two customers with ice cream. We went straight to the cookie counter... to buy cookies. Just to mention we were never greeted or acknowledged. At this point I?m okay with that. Next a thirdemployee comes from the back and helps another customer that came in behind us with ice cream as well. Still not acknowledgedafter we?ve been in your store for fifteen minutes at this point. Finally another customer comes in gets ice cream and thencomes over and gets cookies in front of us. I?m very annoyed now but decide just to leave your store and never come backinstead of making a scene over cookies. You?re employees need more training and your management needs a lesson on running abusiness. Tonight I made the wrong decision of trying to spend my money at your establishment. A few of his staff are lazy and lack customer service skills. Have to make sure u get the correct ones that help out and work... with you. Owner needs to weed out the bad ones bc I have gone to the other one recently because of the staff. Owner is greatthough. Read more

Went on 6/21/21. Son had heart set on the ice cream cone in the picture advertised on the front door. They didn't have it... "because its out of season". Why not update the door then? Also, customer service is lacking. No smiles, hellos or thank you.Just rude undertones and for whatever reason, condescending. After purchase, wouldn't even hand me my drink from behind thecounter. Just stood there and watched me reach over for it. Read more

On the way back from shopping in Pensacola, I was in the mood for sweet food. My selection at GAC was 2 very medium sized... cookies. $7.50! Non descript worker was annoyed when I balked at the cost and never thanked me for my business. Too much fortoo little! Never again! Read more
