We have really liked this restaurant in the past but today's visit was a big disappointment. We had chicken salad sandwiches... which did not have some of the ingredients listed on their menu. Also, our chicken salads were reeking with way, way too muchmayonnaise. We could see that the chicken salad was made in a very large batch. Perhaps it needed stirring to make sure thatall servings had the listed ingredients. As for ambience... their ceiling had open spaces in ceiling tiles with obviousrepairs maybe in progress or needing to be. The furniture is badly in need of sprucing up or needing to be replaced. Hope thatnext time will be a better experience as in the past when we loved this restaurant. Read more
I love Newk's. I ordered using the app and the process was very easy and simple even for customizing the food. The app told me... how long before my order would be ready. When I arrived, the staff were helpful and friendly. I chose to do pickup and theorders were set out on a designated place for pickup orders that had the name on slip on the bag. The food was hot and just asordered. Will definitely be going back and using the app again. Read more
Ordered a couple times, in the beginning it was great, good portions, great service. Things have definitely taken a turn. ... Ordered a day ago and got the tiniest thimble of soup and no salad. I called and the person answering the phone told me that wastheir portion now and I could come get the salad. I will no longer be buying here,as the $10 soup and salad I once enjoyed isno longer worth the price. Read more
I got the Black and Blue salad but got the tuna instead of steak mouthwatering tasted so delicious and the tomato basil was so... hot I?m sure I just sipped on the sun, so having a hard time describing its taste. Great staff working here will be back manymany times more! They?ve also got a great selection of quick and ready food at the grab-n-go station.
