This was my 1st time at this restaurant and I was pleasantly impressed! I ordered the fried gator as an appetizer......omg! So... dang good!!! Then the fried Gator Tacos! SO good! Well seasoned! Could NOT have been any better! The sweet tea was perfect! Everything was clean! We were seated near the door but, asked to move to a window seat. Much more room at the window seat! The waitress was very attentive! Meal was brought out in a timely manner and was fresh and hot! I will definitely be goingback very soon! I ? this place! Yummy! ???? ???? Got my favs all at once. Small appetizer of blackened gator ???? bites were great. Had really tangy dip. ?????... Then got an entree of crab claws with two sides (corn ???? on the cob & potatoes with their signature butter ???? sauce. I chosemild but they have spicier options or less-whatever you decide). I am from Daphne but was visiting again from Colorado, where I now live. Surprisingly Colorado has just about everything sent... from the gulf fresh on ice... but for crab claws. I can get blue crab but not the claws. So definitely went for some fried crabclaws and I was not disappointed. Their batter was crispy and just a little kick. Service was great is about all I can say positive about my experience. I unfortunately could not eat my food. :( I sent it back... bc the Mahi was very hard, dry, and SALTY. I was still charged $8 for the 2 hushpuppies & 1/2 corn cob I ate and 1/2 glass oflemonade I drank.
